Հայաստանում ավանդների աճն ուղեկցվել է տնային տնտեսություններից ներգրաված դրանց տոկոսադրույքների նվազմամբ

Հայաստանում 2016 թվականին տնային տնտեսությունների` բանկային ավանդների տեսքով պահվող խնայողություններն ավելացել են 14.9%-ով և կազմել 1 155 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ: Ընդ որում` զգալի ավելացել են դրամային ավանդները` կազմելով ընդհանուր տնային տնտեսությունների ավանդների 32.2%-ը` նախորդ տարվա 28.7%-ի փոխարեն: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի 2016 թվականի ֆինանսական կայունության հաշվետվությունը, այնուամենայնիվ, արտարժութային ավանդների բարձր տեսակարար կշիռը շարունակում է սահմանափակել դրամային ակտիվներում ֆինանսական միջոցների տեղաբաշխման և, հատկապես, տնային տնտեսություններին դրամով վարկավորելու բանկերի հնարավորությունները: Ավանդների աճն ուղեկցվել է տնային տնտեսություններից ներգրաված դրամային և դոլարային ավանդների տոկոսադրույքների նվազմամբ:
2017 թ. ՌԴ-ից ակնկալվող դրամական փոխանցումների աճը, 2016 թ. համեմատ արագացող տնտեսական աճը, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ-ում ձևավորված ցածր գնաճային միջավայրը դրական ազդեցություն կունենան տնային տնտեսությունների իրական եկամուտների վրա: 2016 թ. ընթացքում արտերկրից ստացվող միջոցների նվազումը, աշխատավարձի ցածր աճի տեմպը, նախորդ տարիների համեմատ բարձր վարկային բեռն իրենց ազդեցությունն են ունեցել ռեզիդենտ տնային տնտեսությունների վարկունակության, ինչպես նաև վարկավորման ծավալների վրա:
Դիտարկվող ժամանակահատվածում վարկային հաստատությունների նկատմամբ ռեզիդ ենտ տնային տնտեսությունների ընդհանուր պարտավորություններն ավելացել են 0.6%-ով և կազմել 925.5 մլրդ դրամ` պայմանավորված վարկային կազմակերպությունների տրամադրած վարկերի 4.5% աճով: Բանկերի նկատմամբ տնային տնտեսությունների պարտավորությունների ծավալը մնացել է գրեթե անփոփոխ, իսկ գրավատների նկատմամբ պարտավորությունները կրճատվել են 1.7%-ով: Վարկավորման և ՀՆԱ ցածր աճի պայմաններում ռեզիդենտ տնային տնտեսություններին տրամադրված վարկերի մասնաբաժինը ՀՆԱ-ում եղել է գրեթե նույն մակարդակում՝ 18.2%: Վարկ/ ավանդ հարաբերակցությունը նվազել է 11.5 տոկոսային կետով և կազմել 80.0%: Արդյունքում վարկային հաստատությունների համար տնային տնտեսությունները շարունակել են հանդես գալ որպես զուտ վարկատու:
