ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի փեսա և խորհրդական Ջարեդ Քուշները Հետաքննությունների դաշնային բյուրոյի, այժմ նաև՝ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի նախընտրական շտաբի ռուսական կապերը հետաքննող հատուկ դատախազ Ռոբերտ Մյուլլերի ակնդետ ուշադրության կիզակետում է հայտնվել:
 
Վերջին շրջանում, ասես՝ ՀԴԲ տեղեկատուի վերածված The Washington Post–ի տեղեկատվության համաձայն, ՀԴԲ գործակալները, Թրամփից, նրա էքս–խորհրդական Մայքլ Ֆլինից, նախընտրական շտաբի ղեկավար Փոլ Մանաֆորթից բացի, կենտրոնացել են նաև Ջարեդ Քուշների՝ նախընտրական շրջանում ռուս պաշտոնյաների հետ ունեցած հանդիպումների և ամերիկյան ընտրությունների արդյունքների վրա՝ դրանց հնարավոր ազդեցության ուղղությամբ: Եվ չնայած Քուշների հանդիպումների ռուսական շարքը, ըստ ՀԴԲ նյութերի, կայացել է դեկտեմբերին, այսինքն՝ մի շրջանում, երբ ներկայի նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփն արդեն իսկ հաղթել էր ընտրություններում, միևնույն է, շարունակում են հանրության համար մեծ կարևորություն ներկայացնել թեկուզ միայն այն պատճառով, որ հարցը վերաբերում է, այսպես կոչված, ԱՄՆ անվտանգության տեսանկյունից թիվ մեկ սպառնալիք հանդիսացող Ռուսաստանին, բացի այդ՝ հիշյալ հանդիպումների մասին երբեք որևէ հրապարակային ակնարկ անգամ չի արվել:
 
Քուշների փաստաբան Ջեյմի Գորելիկը հայտարարել է, որ իր պաշտպանյալը պատրաստակամ է լիովին աջակցել հետաքննությանը և Սենատի հատուկ կոմիտեում պատասխանել ցանկացած հարցի, որ կվերաբերվեն ԱՄՆ–ում ՌԴ դեսպան Սերգեյ Կիսլյակի հետ նրա հանդիպումներին ու հեռախոսազրույցներին, ինչպես նաև՝ ռուսական Վնեշէկոնոմբանկի (ի դեպ, ամերիկյան պատժամիջոցներն այս բանկի վրա էլ են տարածվում) ղեկավար Սերգեյ Գորկովի հետ դեկտեմբերյան հանդիպմանը:
 
Ինչ կպարզվի հետաքննության արդյունքում՝ դեռ պարզ չէ, բայց ԱՄՆ–ում առկա կասկածամտության մթնոլորտում հենց այս պահին էլ կարելի է կանխատեսել, որ բացասական արդյունքի պարագայում հերթական սկանդալն էլ հասունանալու: Ինչ–որ մարդիկ միայն հետաքննության ավարտից հետո հանկարծ կհիշեն, որ ՀԴԲ էքս–ղեկավար, իսկ ներկայում Կոնգրեսի կողմից հատուկ դատախազ նշանակված Ռոբերտ Մյուլլերի իրավաբանական գրասենյակը՝ WilmerHale–ը, նույն ջարեդ Քուշների և Փոլ Մանաֆորթի շահերն է ներկայացնում: Հետևաբար նաև՝ չէր կարող չափազանց անկախ և անաչառ գործել՝ չնայած Սենատում հնչած հավաստիացումներին ու այդ նշանակումը Դոնալդ Թրամփից գաղտնի պահելուն...
