Պարբերական հիվանդության մասին շատերն են լսել, բայց քչերը գիտեն, թե ինչ է այդ հիվանդությունն իրենից ներկայացնում, ինչպես է այն դրսեւորվում ու ով եւ ինչու է դրանով ավելի հաճախ հիվանդանում: Այս հիվանդությանը վերաբերող հարցերի պատասխանները մեզ օգնեցին գտնել Արաբկիր բուժկենտրոնին կից մանկական պարբերական հիվանդության հանրապետական կենտրոնի ղեկավար Գայանե Ամալյանը ու այս նույն կենտրոնի դիսպանսերի համակարգող Նունե Մկրտչյանը

Ի՞նչ է պարբերական հիվանդությունը

Պարբերական հիվանդությունը գենետիկ աուտոսոմնո-ռեցեսիվ հիվանդություն է, որի էթիոլոգիական գործոնն է մուտացիան 16 ու 19 քրոմոսոմներում: Եթե երկու ծնողներն էլ մուտացված գեների կրող են, ապա կա 25 տոկոսի հավանականություն, որ նրանց երեխան կծնվի պարբերական հիվանդությամբ:

Ո՞վ է ավելի հաճախ հիվանդանում պարբերական հիվանդությամբ:

Պարբերական հիվանդությունը գերազանցաբար տարածված է այն ժողովուրդների ներկայացուցիչների շրջանում, որոնց նախնիները ապրել են Միջերկրական ծովի ջրավազանի երկրներում: Այն հատկապես տարածված է հայերի, հրեաների ու արաբների մոտ. այլ ազգությունների ներկայացուցիչների մոտ այն նույնպես հանդիպում է, բայց շատ ավելի հազվադեպ:

Հայաստանում այս հիվանդությունը բավականին տարածված է, բայց ուշագրավ է, որ ոչ բոլոր մարզերում: Այս ախտանիշն ունեցողների մեծ մասն ապրում է Երեւանում, նաեւ Գեղարքունիքի, Շիրակի ու Արարատի մարզում:

Ինչպե՞ս ու ե՞րբ է դրսեւորվում հիվանդությունը

Պարբերական հիվանդությունը դրսեւորվում է պարբերաբար կրկնվող տենդի նոպաներով, որոնք ուղեկցվում են ցավերով՝ որովայնի, կրծքի հատվածներում ու հոդերում: Սովորաբար հիվանդությունը սկսվում է մանուկ հասակից: Ավելին ՝ վերջին ժամանակներս այս հիվանդությունը  ավելի հաճախ է ախտորոշվում այն երեխաների մոտ, որոնք ունեն այդ հիվանդությանը ոչ այդքան բնորոշ ախտանիշներ՝ օրինակ կրկնվող թարախային անգինա եւ որովայնային ցավերի բացակայություն:

Ինչո՞վ է վտանգավոր այս հիվանդությունը

Եթե պարբերական հիվանդությունը չբուժես, այն կարող է մի շարք բարդացումներ ունենալ, որոնք կհանգեցնեն հաշմանդամության կամ նույնիսկ մահվան: Առավել հաճախ հանդիպող բարդություններից են ամիլոիդոզը, երիկամային անբավարարությունը, աղիքային անանցելիությունը եւ այլն

Հնարավոր է արդյո՞ք բուժել պարբերական հիվանդությունը

Հիվանդությունը բուժել անհնար է, սակայն կարելի է հատուկ դեղամիջոցների օգնությամբ այն վերահսկողության տակ պահել ու կանխել սրացումներն ու բարդացումները:
