Պատրաստել տանը հավի խորոված (գրիլ) կարող է յուրաքանչյուրը:
Տնական ձևով պատրաստած հավից ավելի համեղ բան չկա։ Կա հնարավորություն ընտրելու սիրելի համեմունքներ և կարմրեցնել հավը, որքան ցանկանում եք:
Հավի խորոված (գրիլ) պատրաստում են տարբեր եղանակներով՝ ջեռոցի մեջ, խորովածի շամփուրների վրա և նույնիսկ գարեջրի շշի վրա:
Միկրոալիքային վառարանում պատրաստելու հնարավորություն էլ կա:


Առաջարկում ենք պատրաստել հավը կաթսայում՝ օգտագործելով մեկ հնարամիտ միջոց:
Շատ հեշտ պատրաստվող, բայց միաժամանակ շատ համեղ ուտեստ է ստացվում:

Ինչպես խորոված (գրիլ) հավ պատրաստել

1. Սկզբում մարինացրեք հավը՝ օգտագործելով ձեր սիրած համեմունքները: Սուր դանակով մի քանի կտրվածքներ արեք, որպեսզի համեմունքները տարածվեն և համ տան մսին:

Մի քանի պճեղ սխտոր մանրացրեք, խառնեք այն բուսայուղի, կարմիր և սև պղպեղների, ուրցի, համեմի, չորացրած մաղադանոսի և սամիթի հետ: Քսեք այս զանգվածը հավի վրա, նաև՝ կաշվի տակ:

2. Փայլաթիթեղից պատրաստեք 5-6 հատ գնդիկներ և դրեք այն կաթսայի ներքևի հատվածում (կաթսայի հատակին): Գնդիկները կօգնեն, որ հավը հակասարաչափ տապակվի, և պառ-գրիլի ազդեցություն կստեղծի:

3. Դրեք հավը ալյումինե գնդիկների վրա: Պատրաստեք ուտեստը շատ ցածր կրակի վրա: Հավի գրիլը պատրաստ կլինի 3-4 ժամից՝ կախված հավի չափսից: Երկար ժամանակ է պահանջում, բայց տապակվում է հավասարաչափ և համով չի զիջում գնված հավի գրիլին:
