ԱԺ-ում որևէ կադրային ջարդ չկա: Այս մասին այսօր լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտարարեց ԱԺ նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանը՝ խոսելով իր կողմից օրերս կայացված որոշման մասին, ըստ որի՝ կրճատվում են ԱԺ խորհրդարանականների և նրանց օգնականների մի շարք հաստիքներ:
«Եթե դուք հետագայում ծանոթանաք, ապա կտեսնեք, որ ամեն մարդ պետք է իր գործով զբաղվի, պարզապես այնտեղ, որտեղ ավելորդ հաստիքներ, շռայլություններ չկան: Մենք համաձայնեցրել ենք բոլոր մարդկանց հետ, նույնիսկ նրանց հետ, ովքեր պետք է դուրս գային, և այդ ամենը շատ գեղեցիկ ձևով իրականացնում ենք՝ չնեղացնելով թե՛ մարդու անձը, թե՛ մարդու… այդ մարդիկ արժանի մարդիկ են, բանիմաց մարդիկ են: Միաժամանակ, կազմակերպությունը պետք է ունենա այնքան աշխատակից, որքան կարիք ունի»,- ասաց նա:
Լրագրողների հարցին՝ արդյոք ԱԺ նախկին աշխատակազմում ուռճացում կա՞ր, Բաբլոյանը չպատասխանեց, միայն ասաց, թե ինքն իր համար ընտրում է այն թվով աշխատողներ, որքան հարկավոր է:
ԱԺ նախագահը չպատասխանեց նաև լրագրողների այն հարցին՝ արդյոք ԱԺ աշխատակազմից հեռացնելո՞ւ է պատգամավորների կամ նախարարների որդիներին, որոնք ԱԺ-ում որպես խորհրդական կամ օգնական են աշխատում:
