Հայաստանի բարձրագույն ղեկավարությունը Սարդարապատում է. մեկնարկել զինվորական քայլերթը (լուսանկարներ)

Սարդարապատի հուշահամալիրում այսօր հավաքվել է Հայաստանի բարձրագույն ղեկավարությունը: Առաջին հանրապետության օրը հուշահամալիր են այցելել ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը, Գարեգին Բ կաթողիկոսը, վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը, ԱԺ նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանը և այլք:
Հուշահամալիրում են նաև ՀՀ կառավարության անդամները, նախարարներn ու մարզպետները:
Նրանք հարգանքի տուրք մատուցեցին և ծաղիկներ դրեցին 1918 թվականին զոհվածների հիշատակին նվիրված հուշակոթողի մոտ:
Հանրապետության նախագահն արդեն իսկ իր ելույթ ունեցել է, որից հետո հնչել է Ամենայն հայոց կաթողիկոսի աղոթքը:
Սարդարապատի հուշահամալիրում այնուհետ մեկնարկել զինվորական քայլերթը, որին հաջորդել է զինված ուժերի ցուցադրությունը:
Այսօր Հայաստանի առաջին Հանրապետության օրն է: 99 տարի առաջ այս օրը՝ 1918թ. մայիսի 28-ին, Անդրկովկասի Ժողովրդավարական Դաշնային Հանրապետության (ԱԺԴՀ) փլուզումից հետո Արևելյան Հայաստանի տարածքում հռչակվեց անկախ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը:
Անկախության հռչակման պահին տարածքների զգալի մասը բռնազավթված էին թուրքական զորքերի կողմից, որոնք արդեն գտնվում էին Էրիվանի մոտ: Սարդարապատում, Բաշ-Ապարանում և Ղարաքիլիսայում հայկական զորքերի տարած հաղթանակները կասեցրեցին թուրքերի առաջխաղացումը և վերացրեցին հայ ժողովրդի գլխին կախված ֆիզիկական ոչնչացման վտանգը:
1918-ի հունիսի 4-ին Բաթումում ստորագրվեց հայ-թուրքական հաշտության պայմանագիրը, ըստ որի, Հայաստանի կազմի մեջ էին մտնում Երևանի, Էջմիածնի, Ալեքսանդրապոլի, Դարալագյազի, Ղազախի, Բորչալուի գավառների որոշ մասերը և Նոր Բայազետի գավառը: Հայոց ազգային խորհրդի հիման վրա ստեղծվեց առաջին խորհրդարանը: Անկախ Հայաստանի առաջին վարչապետն է եղել Հովհաննես Քաջազնունին, վերջինը՝ Սիմոն Վրացյանը:
Հանրապետության օրը պաշտոնապես նշվում է 1992թ.-ից: Այն հայոց պետականության վերածննդի խորհրդանիշն է։
Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն ընդամենը երկու տարվա կյանք է ունեցել՝ մինչև 1920 թ. դեկտեմբերի 2-ը։ Այդ ժամանակ Երևան են մտել 11-րդ Կարմիր բանակի զորամասերը, և հանրապետությունը խորհրդայնացվել է:
