Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի և Ջիբութիի եւ Կոմորոսի պատվիրակությունների հետ հանդիպմանը կարևորվել է երկկողմ համագործակցության զարգացումը

Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը Ջիբութիի միջազգային համագործակցության նախարար Ահմեդ Ալի Սիլայինի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ կարևորել է երկու երկների միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների շուտափույթ հաստատումը։ Ինչպես  փոխանցեցին ՀՀ ԱԳՆ տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, նախարարը նշել է, որ Ջիբութիից առաջին այցելությունը Հայաստան լավ առիթ է մշակութային, կրթական և այլ ոլորտներում համագործակցության հնարավորությունները քննարկելու համար։

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով Երևան այցելելու հրավերի և ջերմ ընդունելության համար՝ Ահմեդ Ալի Սիլային իր գոհունակությունն է հայտնել Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության նախարարական 31-րդ համաժողովը բարձր մակարդակով կազմակերպելու կապակցությամբ: Զրույցի ընթացքում նախարարներն անդրադարձել են փոխգործակցության հնարավոր ոլորտներին։ Այդ առումով կարևորվել է իրավապայմանագրային դաշտի ձևավորման հարցը։ Նախարար Սիլայը ներկայացրել է իր երկրի արտաքին քաղաքական և տնտեսական առաջնայնությունները` համոզմունք հայտնելով, որ երկխոսության մեկնա րկին կհետևեն հարաբերությունների զարգացմանն ուղղված համատեղ քայլերը։  

Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության 31-րդ նախարարական համաժողովի շրջանակներում Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը հանդիպել է նաև Կոմորոսի արտաքին գործերի և համագործակցության նախարար Մոհամեդ Արայջիին:

Ողջունելով հյուրին՝ նախարար Նալբանդյանը կարևորել է Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի հարթակը՝ երկրների և ժողովուրդների միջև կապերը զարգացնելու առումով։

Կոմորոսի արտգործնախարարը, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի նախարարական համաժողովը բարձր մակարդակով կազմակերպելու համար` ընդգծել է, որ օդանավակյանից արդեն զգացել է, թե ինչ ջերմությամբ են դիմավորում Երևան ժամանող պատվիրակություններին։ Անդրադառնալով երկկողմ համագործակցության հնարավորություններին` նա ասել է.«Աշխարհագրությունը չի կարող խոչընդոտ հանդիսանալ, և մենք ցանկանում ենք զարգացնել և ընդլայնել մեր հարաբերությունները»։

Նախարարները կարևորել են այսօր ստորագրվելիք արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների միջև համագործակցության մասին հուշագիրը՝ վստահություն հայտնելով, որ այն հնարավորություն կընձեռի խթանել տարբեր ոլորտներում երկու երկրների միջև կապերը։
