«Ընդդեմ իրավական կամայականությունների» ՀԿ նախագահ, ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների առաջին պաշտպան Լարիսա Ալավերդյանը կարծում է, որ մեր խնդիրները Սահմանադրության պատճառով չեն, դրանք շատ ավելի խորն են:

Ըստ նրա՝ հասարակությունը պետք է կարողանա պարտադրել, որպեսզի իշխանությունը կատարի գրված նորմերը:

«Հասարակության ունակ ուժերը պետք է հասկանան՝ պայքարը դեռ առջևում է: Նախորդ երկու հանրաքվեների փորձն ինձ հուշում է , որ այս Սահմանադրությունն ընդունվելու է»,- Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց տիկին Ալավերդյանը:

Մեր հարցին՝ այս նախագիծը նպաստո՞ւմ է միակուսակցական համակարգին, Լարիսա Ալավերդյանը պատասխանեց. «Ինչո՞ւ միակուսակցականություն, ինձ չի հուզում գաղափարական մեկ կուսակցության իշխանությունը, ինձ հուզում է այն, որ այդ կուսակցությունում հավաքված են գաղափարախոսությունից հեռու մարդիկ, որոնցից ոմանք ոչ ազնիվ ձևով կուտակել են հարստություն:

Իրենք չեն ուզենա լքել այդ լավ տեղը և կշարունակեն շահագործել Հայաստանի ժողովրդին, ընդերքը և անգամ օդը: Ես ոչ այնքան Սերժ Սարգսյանի վերարտադրության վտանգն եմ տեսնում, այլ այն օլիգարխիկ համակարգի, որը շատ առումներով կրիմինալի հետ է կապված: Դրա ապացույցն են Սուրեն Խաչատրյանի, Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանի և այլոց անունների հետ կապված պատմությունները: Դա է վտանգը»:

Մեր զրուցակցի խոսքով՝ հասարակությունն այսօր չի կարողանում գտնել այն մեթոդը, որ կարողանա պայքարել: Ինքը՝ Ալավերդյանը, նույնպես չի գտնում այդ մեթոդը:

«Երկիր ունենք՝ աշխարհը չունի, պետությունը պետք է դարձնենք իրավական: Դա կախված չէ Սահմանադրությունից: Այսօր էլ մենք կարող էինք ունենալ այլ իրավիճակ, այլ զարգացվածության աստիճան, այլ բարքեր: Հասարակությունը չպետք է մտածի, որ Սահմանադրության ընդունելով է, որ իրեն ճնշում են: Հասարակությունը պետք է հասկանա՝ կյանքն ամենօրյա պայքար է: Եթե յուրաքանչյուրս մեր տեղում կարողանանք պայքարել օրենքի և իրավունքների համար , միայն այդ ժամանակ կունենանք իրավական պետություն»,- իր խոսքը եզրափակեց Լարիսա Ալավերդյանը:
