ՆԱՏՕ-ի ԽՎ-ը Վրաստանին աջակցող հռչակագիր է ընդունել

ՆԱՏՕ-ի Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի պատվիրակները Թբիլիսիում գարնանային նստաշրջանի եզրափակիչ օրվա ընթացքում ձայների մեծամասնությամբ ընդունել են հռչակագիր «Վրաստանի եվրոատլանտյան ինտեգրմանն աջակցելու մասին», հայտնում է «Նովոստի Վրաստանը»։

Հռչակագրում նշված է, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ն աջակցում է Վրաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունն ու ինքնիշխանությունը։

Նաեւ ասվում է, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ն գնահատում է Վրաստանի կարեւոր ավանդը եվրոատլանտյան անվտանգության ապահովման գործում, եւ «Վճռական աջակցություն» առաքելությունը Աֆղանստանում։ Դաշինքը նաեւ հարգում է վրացի զինվորականների հիշատակը, որոնք զոհվել են Աֆղանստանում խաղաղապահ առաքելություն իրականացնելիս։

ՆԱՏՕ-ն բարձր գնահատական է տալիս Վրաստանի ժողովրդավարության ամրապնդմանը, կառույցների թափանցիկության բարելավմանը ու հետեւողական առաջընթացին՝ տնտեսական զարգացմանն աջակցելու գործում, ինչը դրական օրինակ է ամբողջ տարածաշրջանի համար։

ՆԱՏՕ-ն նաեւ ողջունում է Վրաստանի կառուցողական քաղաքականությունը Ռուսաստանի հետ լարվածության դեէսկալացիայի հարցում։

Միաժամանակ դաշինքը Ռուսաստանին կոչ է անում «հարգել Վրաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունն ու ինքնիշխանությունը՝ միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված սահմաններում, հետ կանչել Վրաստանի օկուպացված ռեգիոնների ճանաչումը որպես անկախ պետություններ, ու այդ տարածքներից դուրս բերել իր զինված ուժերը»։

Դաշինքը նաեւ «Ռուսաստանին կոչ է արել պատասխանել Վրաստանի կողմից միակողմանի կարգով ստանձնված ուժի չկիրառման մասին պարտավորությանը ու զերծ մնալ ցանկացած սադրիչ ու ագրեսիվ քայլերից Վրաստանի նկատմամբ»։
