10 րոպե տևողությամբ կարկուտը 700 հա–ին 50%–ի վնաս է պատճառել

Երկու օր առաջ Արագածոտնի մարզի Արտենի գյուղում ուժեղ կարկուտ էր տեղացել, այն էլ մեկ օրվա մեջ երկու անգամ՝ 30 րոպե ընդմիջմամբ: Առաջինը բավական թեթև էր, երկրորդը՝ մոտ տասը րոպե տևողությամբ, ավելի ուժգին ու նաև քամու ուղեկցությամբ: Տեղացած կարկուտի՝ գյուղին հասցված վնասի մակերեսը նախնական հաշվարկներով 700 հա տարածք է կազմում: Հասցված վնասը հասնում է 50%–ի: Այս մասին Past.am-ին տեղեկացրեց Արտենիի համայնքապետ Գեղամ Խլղաթյանը:
«Հանձնաժողովը դեռևս աշխատում է դաշտում վնասի չափը պարզելու համար: Հասցված վնասի գումարային հաշվարկը մարզպետարանն է անելու: Մենք տեղում հանձնաժողովի հետ միասին վնասի՝ տոկոսային հարաբերությամբ ֆիզիկական չափերն ենք ճշտում: Կարկուտը եկել է 700 հա տարածքի վրա, վնասվել են պտղատու և խաղողի այգիներ: Պտղատու այգիներից տուժել են ծիրանի, խնձորի, սալորի ծառերը»,– նշեց գյուղապետը հեռախոսազրույցում:
Հարցին, թե՝ կարկուտից գյուղի քանի՞ տնտեսություն է վնաս կրել, Խլղաթյանը պատասխանեց, որ դա պարզ կլինի միայն երեկոյան: Դիտարկմանը, թե փոխհատուցման ակնկալիք կա՞ և առհասարակ նման դեպքերում ինչպիսի՞ աջակցություն է հասնում՝ համայքնապետը պատասխանեց, որ իրենք հիմա իրենց աշխատանքն են անում, իրենց պարտականությունը վնասները հաշվարկելն ու մարզպետարանին ներկայացնելն է: Իսկ աջակցության մասով էլ ավելացրեց, որ եղել են տարիներ, երբ վնասի չափը մեծ է եղել և փոխհատուցել են, սակայն այս դեպքը դրանց չի վերաբերում: Եվ չնայած, որ կրած վնասների թիվը մեծ է, այնուամենայնիվ, իրենց ունեցած փորձի հիման վրա նշեց, որ այս դեպքերում փոխհատուցում չի լինում:
Վերջինս նաև նշեց, որ թեև սա տարերային աղետ է գյուղացիների համար, սակայն վերջիններս տրամադրված մշակում են, բոստան են դնում: Սա այն դեպքում, երբ ըստ գյուղապետի՝ գյուղացիների 90 տոկոսը վարկ ունի և այգեգործությունը հենց վարկի միջոցներով են իրականացրել:
Հարցին, թե գյուղում եղած կարկտակայաններն այդ օրը չե՞ն գործել՝ Խլղաթյանը պատասխանեց, որ գյուղում երկուսն ունեն, սակայն հենց կարկտակայաններ տեղադրելիս, դրանց տեխնիկական անձնագրերում ասված է, որ ինտենսիվ կարկուտի դեպքում արդյունավետության տոկոսը շատ քիչ է:
«Այդ օրը երկու կարկուտ է եղել կես ժամ ընդմիջմամբ: Առաջին կարկուտի ժամանակ կարկտակայանները աշխատեցին, բավականին փափուկ ու նորմալ էր: Երկրորդն արդեն շատ ավելի ինտենսիվ էր և քամու ուղեկցությամբ»,– հավելեց նա:
