Երևան քաղաքի Արաբկիր և Քանաքեռ–Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ավագ քննիչի կողմից հասարակության և պետության շահերին վնաս պատճառելու դեպքի առթիվ:
 
Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից՝ ՔԿ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնի ավագ քննիչին՝ Նարեկ Հովհաննիսյանին, մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա ծառայության նկատմամբ անփույթ վերաբերմունքի հետևանքով ոչ պատշաճ է կատարել իր պարտականությունները, որի հետևանքով անզգուշությամբ էական վնաս է պատճառվել հասարակության ու պետության օրինական շահերին, հեղինակազրկվել է իրավապահ համակարգը, տեղի է ունեցել խոշոր չափերով ուրիշի գույքի հափշտակություն և խոշոր չափերով վնաս է պատճառվել անձի օրինական շահերին։
 
Նարեկ Հովհաննիսյանը մեղադրվում է Քրեական օրենսգրքի 315–րդ հոդվածի (Պաշտոնեական անփութությունը) 1–ին մասի հատկանիշներով: Հոդվածը նախատեսում է պատժի կրման երեք տարբերակ. նվազագույն աշխատավարձի երեքհարյուրապատիկից հինգհարյուրապատիկի չափով տուգանք, վեց ամսից մեկ տարի ժամկետով ուղղիչ աշխատանքներ կամ առավելագույնը երկու ամիս ժամկետով կալանք: Վերջինիս նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց դեռևս ընտրված չէ: Գործը ստացվել է այս տարվա ապրիլի 19–ին:
 
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի`օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
