Մոսկվայում եւ Մերձմոսկվայում նախօրյակին մոլեգնած փոթորկից զոհերի թիվը հասել Է 14-ի: Այդ մասին ՏԱՍՍ-ին հայտնել Է ՌԴ Հետաքննչական կոմիտեի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Սվետլանա Պետրենկոն: «Մինչ այժմ պարզվել Է, որ մայիսի 29-ին Մոսկվայում եւ Մերձմոսկվայում փոթորկալի քամու հետեւանքով զոհվել ! Է 14 մարդ. 11-ը՝ Մոսկվայում եւ երեքը՝ Մոսկվայի մարզում»,- ասել Է նա: Ավելի վաղ Մոսկվայի առողջապահության դեպարտամենտի ղեկավար Ալեքսեյ Խրիպունը հայտնել Է, որ մայիսի 29-ի ցերեկը Մոսկվայում եւ Մոսկվայի մարզում մոլեգնած սաստիկ փոթորիկը 13 մարդու կյանք Է խլել, տուժել Է գրեթե 170 մարդ:
Նրանցից 146-ը հոսպիտալացվել Էին, 108-ը մնում են հիվանդանոցներում: «Ընդամենը բուժօգնություն ստանալու համար դիմել Է 168 մարդ, 15 հիվանդանոցներ են հասցվել 146 տուժածներ»,- ասել Է նա՝ ճշտելով, որ 108 տուժածներ, այդ թվում՝ 22 երեխա, մնում են հիվանդանոցներում: Մոսկվայի քաղաքագլուխ Սերգեյ Սուբյանինը հայտարարել! Է, որ, վնասի մասշտաբներով, տարերքի հարվածն աննախադեպ Է քաղաքի արդի պատմության մեջ: Արդեն երեկոյան օդերեւութաբանները մայրաքաղաքում եղանակային վտանգի մակարդակը բարձրացրել են մինչեւ «նարնջագույն», ինչը նշանակում Է տարերային աղետի կրկնվելու հավանականություն:
Ինչպես նշել Է Սոբյանինը, նախնական տվյալներով՝ Մոսկվայում փոթորիկը տապալել Է 3,5 հազար ծառ: Վնասվել են 140 բազմահարկ բնակելի շենքերի ու վարչական շենքերի տանիքներ, վնասվածքներ են ստացել 1500-ից ավելի ավտոմեքենաներ: Փոթորկի հետեւանքները վերացնում են քաղաքային ծառայությունների 35 հազար աշխատակիցներ, ինչպես նաեւ ավելի քան 4,5 հազար միավոր տեխնիկա:
