Հայաստանը միշտ կողմ է եղել Ադրբեջանի հետ թե՛ արտգործնախարարների, թե՛ նախագահների մակարդակով հանդիպմանը, և եթե հասունանա վիճակը, տարվեն աշխատանքներ կազմակերպման համար, հնարավոր կլինի հանդիպում անցկացնել: Այս մասին այսօր ԵԱՀԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Լամբերտո Զանիերի հետ համատեղ ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարել է ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը:
Նա հիշեցրել է, որ առաջիկա տասն օրվա ընթացքում տարածաշրջան են այցելելու ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները:
«Եթե անհրաժեշտություն ու առաջարկ լինի, գուցե նաև կքննարկվի հետագա հանդիպումների անցկացման հարցը: Կարծում եմ՝ այս պահին կարող է խոսք գնալ միայն նախարարների մակարդակով հանդիպման մասին, որպեսզի համապատասխան աշխատանք տարվի հետագայում նաև նախագահների մակարդակով հանդիպում կազմակերպելու համար»,- ասաց Նալբանդյանը:
Նա անդրադարձավ նաև վերջերս Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի կողմից հնչեցված հայտարարությանը, թե Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունը պետք է լուծվի «տարածքային ամբողջականության սկզբունքի հիման վրա»:
«Նմանօրինակ հայտարարություններին ես վերաբերում եմ այնպես, ինչպես հնչեցված մյուս պնդումներին, թե իբր Ադրբեջանը բազմամշակութային համաշխարհային կենտրոն է, որը հարգում է բոլոր հիմնարար ազատությունները, մարդու իրավունքները և հանդուժողական երկիր է, որը կարող է օրինակ ծառայել այլ երկրներին և այլ այս կարգի անհեթեթ պնդումներ»,- նշեց ՀՀ արտգործնախարարը:
Նալբանդյանը հիշեցրեց, որ միջազգային հանրությունն ու եռանախագահները բազմիցս հնչեցրել են, որ խնդիրը պետք է լուծվի հայտնի երեք սկզբունքների հիման վրա, որոնք մեկ ամբողջություն են. դրանք են՝ ուժի և ուժի սպառնալիքի չկիրառում, ինքնորոշման իրավունք և տարածքային ամբողջականություն, ինչպես նաև այն տառերը, որոնք եռանախագահող երկրների նախագահների կողմից առաջարկված հայտնի 5 հայտարարությունների մեջ են:
