Շվեյցարացուն տուգանել են Facebook–ում «լայքի» համար

Շվեյցարիայի բնակչին երկրի պատմության մեջ առաջին անգամ տուգանել են Facebook-ում «լայք» դնելու համար։ Ցյուրիխի դատարանը 45-ամյա տղամարդուն պարտավորեցրել է 4 հազար ֆրանկ տուգանք վճարել։
Շվեյցարացին, որի անունը չեն հայտնում, 2015-ին լայք էր դրել ակտիվիստների մեկնաբանություններին, որոնք կենդանիների պաշտպանության ասոցիացիայի ղեկավար Էրվին Քեսսլերին մեղադրում էին ռասիզմի ու հակասեմականության մեջ։
Ի պատասխան՝ Քեսլերը դատի էր տվել ոչ միայն մեկնաբանությունների հեղինակներին, այլեւ դրանց «լայք» դնողներին, բացատրելով, որ «լայքը» այդ հրապարակումը տեսանելի է դարձնում ավելի մեծ քանակության օգտատերերի համար։ Դատավորը նաեւ նշել է, որ «լայքը» ենթադրում է հավանություն ու այսպիսով մեղադրյալը ցույց է տվել, որ համաձայն է վիրավորական բովանդակության մեկնաբանությունների հետ։
1998-ին Քեսլերն էլ էր դատապարտվել կենդանիների հրեական ծիսակարգային մորթը գերմանացի նացիստների հանցագործությունների հետ հրապարակավ համեմատելու համար։ Սակայն դատարանը վճռել է, որ այդ դրվագից հետո պատասխանող կողմը որեւէ հիմք չի ունեցել Քեսլերին ռասիստական ու հակասեմական հայացքների մեջ մեղադրելու համար։
