Համայնքների խոշորացումն ո՞ւմ համար է

Երբ հասարակությունը դեմ էր համայնքային դպրոցների օպտիմալացման ծրագրին, հիմնավորելով, որ մի քանի գյուղի մի դպրոց թողնելու դեպքում դպրոց չունեցող հայմայնքները կտուժեն, իշխանություննեը չէին հավատում:
Անցան տարիներ ու պարզ դարձավ, որ ձմեռվա բքին, ծանր պայուսակն ուսին, գել ու գազանի միջով, ուսում ստանալու համար ոտքով գյուղից գյուղ գնալը երեխաների համար ոչ միայն ավելորդ բեռ է, այլև վտանգավոր:
 
Շատ ծնողներ իրենց երեխաների անվտանգությունից ելնելով արգելեցին, որ նման փորձության ենթարկվեն: Մի մասն էլ փոխեց բնակավայրը, տեղափոխվելով այնտեղ, որտեղ դպրոց կա: Դպրոց չունեցող համայնքները վերածվեցին ծերանոցների:
Հիմա նույն իրավիճակն է համայնքների խոշորացման հարցում: Մարդիկ, ովքեր ներսից գիտեն իրենց բնակավայրի առանձնահատկություններն ու խնդիրները, մտավախություն ունեն, որ միավորվելով կկորցնեն իրենց անկախությո՛ւնն էլ, ֆինանսնե՛րն էլ, առանձնահատկություննե՛րն էլ: Բայց չգիտես ինչու, ինչպես դպրոցների դեպքում, այնպես էլ հիմա, խոշորացման ջատագովները շարունակում են համոզել, թե՝ լավ կլինի:
 
Իրականում խոշորացման հետևանքով համայնքները կառողջանան, թե նորից ներքին միգրացիա կսկսվի, պարզ կդառնա ծրագիրն ամբողջությամբ ավարտելուց հետո, բայց լավ կլիներ, որ դրսից ստացված գրանտներով նման ծրագրերը ժողովրդի վզին փաթաթելուց առաջ ոչ միայն մի լավ ուսումնասիրվեր, այլ հաշվի առնվեր ժողովրդի կարծիքը և տեղական մակարդակով հանրաքվե անցկացվեր:
