Ադրբեջանն`էներգետիկ–տրանսպորտային միջանցք ԱՄՆ–ի ռազմավարությունում

Արտյոմ Բալասանովը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևին և Բաքվում անցկացվող «Caspian&Gas 2017» միջազգային համաժողովի մասնակիցներին հղված ուղերձում ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը նշել է, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները շարունակում է հակված մնալ «Հարավային գազային միջանցք» նախագծի իրագործմանը։
ԱՄՆ–ի նոր վարչակազմը շարունակում է Ադրբեջանին ընկալել, որպես էներգետիկ–տրանսպորտային տարանցիկ միջանցք, որի օգնությամբ կասպյան`այդ թվում թուրքմենական ու ղազախական նավթն ու գազը ՌԴ–ի տարածքը շրջանցելով կհասնեն ԵՄ, ինչի շնորհիվ էլ կնվազեցվի Եվրոպայի էներգետիկ կախվածությունը Մոսկվայից։
Ամերիկացիները շարունակում են Եվրասիայում ռուսական գործոնը սահմանափակելու և ՌԴ–ի շուրջ «սանիտարական կորդոն» կամ «բուֆերային գոտիներ» կառուցելու ռազմավարությունը։ Այդ ռազմավարության շրջանակներում է տեղավորվում նաև Թուրքիա–Վրաստան–Ադրբեջան եռակողմ` բազմաֆորմատ համագործակցությունն ու ԵԱՏՄ–ին այլընտրանք ու խոչընդոտող գործոն հանդիսացող ՎՈւԱՄ(Վրաստան, Ուկրաինա, Ադրբեջան, Մոլդովա) կազմակերպության արևմտյան լոբբինգը։
Այդ ռազմավարությունից ելնելով էլ Վաշինգտոնի համար կարևոր է, որ Հարավային Կովկասում խաղաղություն լինի, որպեսզի էներգետիկ, տրանսպորտային բոլոր նախագծերը, որոնք կարող են թուլացնել ռուսական ազդեցությունը Հարավային Կովկասում, Կենտրոնական Ասիայում ու Կասպյան տարածաշրջանում կյանքի կոչվեն`դրա համար անհրաժեշտ է, որպեսզի Ղարաբաղում լայնածավալ պատերազմական գործողություններ չվերսկսվեն`դրանք կվտանգեն բոլոր կարևորագույն ենթակառուցվածքային նախագծերն ու Արևմուտքի ներդրումներն Ադրբեջանում։
Պատահական չէ, որ ԱՄՆ–ը «մեսիջ» է հղում Բաքվին նաև ղարաբաղյան կարգավորման թեմայով։
Թրամփը իր ուղերձում նաև նշել է, որ Վաշինգտոնը արցախյան հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման կողմնակից է, ինչը խաղաղություն և կայունություն կապահովի տարածաշրջանում:
