ՆԱՏՕ-ի ԽՎ-ի գարնանային նստաշրջանի ընթացքում հայ պատվիրակները արժանի պատասխան են տվել ադրբեջանցիների սադրանքներին

 ՆԱՏՕ-ի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի գարնանային նստաշրջանի ընթացքում հանձնաժողովներում քննարկումների ընթացքում ադրբեջանական պատվիրակության ներկայացուցիչները շարունակաբար սադրիչ վարքագիծ են դրսևորել: Մայիսի 31-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին հայտնեց Ազգային ժողովի ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր, ՆԱՏՕ-ի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի հայաստանյան պատվիրակության ղեկավար Կորյուն Նահապետյանը՝ ամփոփելով մայիսի 26-29-ը Թբիլիսիում կայացած ՆԱՏՕ-ի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի գարնանային նստաշրջանի աշխատանքները: «Ադրբեջանցիները խոսում էին նույն թեմաներից, որոնք ձեզ քաջ հայտնի են: Նրանք անընդհատ խոսում էին իրենց տարածքների «օկուպացման» մասին: Դրանց մեր կողմից տրվել են շատ հստակ պարզաբանումներ: Մենք նշել ենք, որ Ադրբեջանն է զավթել հայկական հողերը՝ Շահումյանը, Գետաշենը, Մարտունաշենը: Նկատել ենք նաև, որ մեր նպատակը բոլորովին Ադրբեջանի պատվիրակության սադրիչ վարքագծին արձագանքելը չէ: Մենք հստակ առաջնորդվել ենք այն օրակարգով, որ նախատեսված է եղել ! ՆԱՏՕ-ի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի տարբեր հանձնաժողովների շրջանակներում»,- ընդգծեց Կորյուն Նահապետյանը:

Նա հավելեց, որ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հանձնաժողովում ինքը Վրաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարին հարց է տվել Վրաստանի զինված ուժերի մարտունակության հետ կապված և ՆԱՏՕ-ի չափանիշներին երկրի զինված ուժերը համապատասխանեցնելու ուղղությամբ իրենց ձեռնարկելիք քայլերի մասին: Հարցադրում է եղել պրոֆեսիոնալ բանակի անցնելու հետ կապված ծախսերի մասին: «Պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հանձնաժողովում մենք հարց ենք հնչեցրել նաև «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորման գործունեության հետևանքների մա! սին: Մենք արձանագրել ենք, որ «Իսլամական պետություն»-ը հավասարապես վտանգ է ներկայացնում ոչ միայն ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ պետությունների, այլ նաև գործընկեր երկրների համար»,- ասաց Կորյուն Նահապետյանը:

ՆԱՏՕ-ի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի քաղաքական հանձնաժողովում ելույթ է ունեցել Վրաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարը, ում նույնպես Կորյուն Նահապետյանը հարց է ուղղել՝ Վրաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական օրակարգի և ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ հարաբերությունների, ինչպես նաև հայ-վրացական հարաբերությունների վերաբերյալ:

Նահապետյանը կարևորեց վեհաժողովի լիագումար նիստը, որի ընթացքում ելույթներ են ունեցել Վրաստանի նախագահը, վարչապետը, Ազգային ժողովի նախագահը: «Ես առանձնակի ցանկանում եմ կարևորել ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի տեղակալ Ռոուս Կոտենբելդերի զեկույցը, որի կապակցությամբ կազմակերպվեց հարց ու պատասխան: Մենք օգտվեցինք հարց տալու հնարավորությունից: Հարցը վերաբերում էր ՆԱՏՕ-ի «Գործընկերություն հանուն խաղաղություն» ծրագրի ընդլայնման հեռանկարներին: ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի տեղակալը նախ բարձր գնահատեց Հայաստան-ՆԱՏՕ գործընկերային հարաբերությունները՝ նշելով, որ վերջին շրջանում բարձր մակարդակով տեղի են ունենում փոխայցելություններ, և քննարկվում են Հայաստան-ՆԱՏՕ գործընկերային հարաբերությունները»,- ընդգծեց պատգամավորը:

ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի տեղակալը ողջունել է հայ պատգամավորների առաջարկը: Նա նշել է, որ այդ հարցը մանրամասն կքննարկվի ՆԱՏՕ-ի կենտրոնակայանում և իրենք կարճ ժամանակում կարձագանքեն, թե ինչպիսին է ՆԱՏՕ-ի դիրքորոշումն այդ հարցում:
