Ամռանը մաշկը խնամելու 3 կանոն, որ պետք է իմանա յուրաքանչյուր աղջիկ

Ամռանը դեմքի մաշկը վնասվելու մեծ հավանականություն ունի, քանի որ արևի ճառագայթները վատ ազդեցություն են թողնում մաշկին: Այն կարող է այրվել, ճաքճքել կամ էլ ավելի լուրջ վնասվածքներ ստանալ:

Inmoment-ը գրում է, որ այդ ամենից խուսափելու համար պետք է իմանալ մի քանի հնարքի մասին, որոնք կօգնեն ամռանը խնամել մաշկը:

 

1.      Ամռանն օրական մի քանի անգամ սառը ջրով լվացվելու ցանկություն է առաջանում, սակայն ավելի լավ է խուսափել դրանից: Մաշկը կարող է գրգռվել ու վնասվել: Դրա փոխարեն բամբակե սկավառակը թրջեք կաթի մեջ ու մաքրեք դեմքը: 15 րոպե հետո լվացվեք սենյակային ջերմաստիճան ունեցող թեյով ու դեռ խոնավ մաշկին խոնավեցնող քսուք տարածեք: Սա մաշկի խնամքի լավագույն տարբերակներից մեկն է:

2.      Ամռանը բոլորը սիրում են լողալ, սակայն դա ևս կարող է վնասել դեմքի մաշկը: Մինչև ջրի մեջ մտնելը դեմքին ձիթապտղի յուղ տարածեք: Այն թույլ չի տա, որ դեմքին աղային կուտակումներ լինեն: Դուրս գալուց հետո չորացրեք դեմքն ու արևապաշտպան քսուք տարածեք:

3.      Անպայման արևապաշտպան քսուք օգտագործեք: Առանց արևապաշտպան քսուքի նույնիսկ տանից դուրս գալ պետք չէ, քանի որ այրված մաշկը կարող է լուրջ խնդիրների պատճառ դառնալ:
