Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը Երևանի օրվա առթիվ ուղերձ է հղել երևանցիներին։ Ըստ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի մամուլի ծառայության, ուղերձում ասվում է.

«Սիրելի երևանցիներ,

շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ, մեզ բոլորիս և, ընդհանրապես, համայն աշխարհի հայությանը՝ մեր սիրելի մայրաքաղաքի ծննդյան 2797-րդ տարեդարձի առթիվ: Այսօր մենք ուրախությամբ կարող ենք փաստել, որ հազարամյակների պատմություն ունեցող մեր հնամենի մայրաքաղաքը աշխարհին ներկայանում է որպես կայուն զարգացման ուղով ընթացող ժամանակակից քաղաք, որը յուրաքանչյուր տարի առաջընթաց է արձանագրում տնտեսության գրեթե բոլոր ոլորտներում:

Մայրաքաղաքի կյանքում օրեցօր տեղի ունեցող փոփոխություններն ու զարգացումներն ակնհայտ են: Դրանք նոր մտահղացումներ են և մասնագիտական մտքի նոր թռիչքներ, որոնք կոնկրետանում են որպես իրականացված ծրագիր կամ միջոցառում: Դրանցից շատերը երևանցու համար դառնում են հոգեհարազատ, ապա և՝ ավանդական ու ամենամյա։

Ժամանակակից աշխարհը արագ տեմպերով է զարգանում, և մենք պե՛տք է աշխարհի արագընթաց զարգացումներին ու տեմպին զուգահեռ՝  համաչափ ու համազոր քայլենք:

«Էրեբունի-Երևանն» այս տարի էլ է մեկտեղում մեզ և աշխարհասփյուռ մեր հայրենակիցներին՝ հրաշալի առիթ դառնալով է՛լ ավելի ամրապնդելու մեր կապն ու հպարտանալու կայացած մայրաքաղաքով:

«Էրեբունի-Երևանը» նաև միմյանց նկատմամբ բարությամբ, սիրով ու հարգանքով լցվելու և այդ ամենը անկեղծորեն մեր սիրելի մայրաքաղաքին փոխանցելու հրաշալի առիթ է՝ այն համոզմամբ, որ սիրով ու հոգատար վերաբերմունքով այսուհետ և՛ս շարունակելու ենք շենացնել մեր ջերմ ու բարի քաղաքը:

Կրկին շնորհավորենք միմյանց, մեկս մյուսին փոխանցենք մեր սերն ու ջերմությունը և յուրաքանչյու՛րս ասենք ՝

Շնորհավո՛ր տոնդ, իմ ջերմ ու բարի քաղաք:
