Լիարժեք քնից հետո մարդը պետք է թարմ և կենսուրախ լինի։ Lifehacker.ru-ն գրում է, որ մենք հաճախ արթնանում ենք վատ տրամադրությամբ և գրգռված, ինչն իր բացատրությունն ունի։ Ինչո՞ւ ենք հոգնածություն զգում քնից արթնանալուց հետո։

1. Ուղեղում ադենոզինի կուտակում։ Արթնանալուց մի քանի ժամ առաջ մենք գտնվում ենք արագ քնի վիճակում։ Սա բնութագրվում է ուղեղի բարձր ակտիվությամբ։ Արագ և դանդաղ քնի ցիկլերը գիշերվա ընթացքում կրկնվում են 4-5 անգամ։ Հենց արագ քնի ընթացքում ենք երազներ տեսնում։ Այդ ընթացքում ուղեղը մեծ քանակով ադենոզին է օգտագործում։ Դա ճնշում է թարմությունը և ուշադրությունը, խթանում քունը, ինչի արդյունքում արթնանում ենք հոգնածության զգացմամբ։

2. Համատեղ քուն կամ դրա բացակայություն։ Քնից արթնանալուց հետո ինքնազգացողության վրա ազդում է նաև այն հանգամանքը՝ արդյոք միայնա՞կ ենք քնել, թե՞ ոչ։ Օրինակ՝ կանայք, ովքեր մահճակալը կիսում են տղամարդու հետ, հաճախ են նշում, որ քնի որակն ընկնում է։ Բայց եթե քնին նախորդում է սեռական հարաբերությունը, կնոջ տրամադրությունը լավանում է։ Նույն մահճակալին կնոջ հետ քնելը ոչ մի կերպ չի ազդում տղամարդու քնի որակի վրա։ Հակառակը, տղամարդիկ բողոքում են քնի որակից, երբ գիշերը միայնակ են անցկացնում։

3. Ուշ քնելը։ Ուշ քնող մարդկանց քնի որակը տուժում է, հաճախ անքնություն է հանդիպում։ Գիշերն արթուն անցկացնելն ազդում է հիպոկամպի վրա, որը պատասխանատու է զգացմունքների, հիշողության, ուշադրության համար։

4. Շաքարի անբավարար մակարդակ։ Քնելուց առաջ օգտագործվող մթերքը ևս ազդում է ինքնազգացողության վրա։ Վերջին հետազոտությունները վկայում են այն մասին, որ քնելուց առաջ շաքարի օգտագործումը կարող է լավացնել ինքնագացողությունն առավոտյան։
