Մասնագետների ուսումնասիրությունը հիմնված է հիվանդների 70.000 հետազոտության արդյունքների վրա, որոնք պարբերաբար ստուգվել են` որոշելու դեղի մակարդակն արյան մեջ: Այս ամենը վերաբերվում է այն դեղերին, որոնք ճնշում են իմունային համակարգը, նշանակվում են օրգանների փոխպատվաստման ժամանակ:
Գիտնականները համեմատել են ձմռանը վերցրած հետազոտությունների արդյունքները ամռանը վերցրածների հետ: Պարզվել է, որ այնպիսի միացությունները, ինչպիսիք են տակրոլիմուսը և սիրոլիմուսը, տարվա ընթացքում արյան մեջ զգալիորեն փոխվում են, և այդ փոփոխությունը համընկնում է օրգանիզմում վիտամին D-ի մակարդակի փոփոխությանը: Ինչպես գիտենք, օրգանիզմի կողմից վիտամին D-ի վերամշակման հատկությունը սերտորեն կախված է արևի լույսից:
Հետազոտության արդյունքների համաձայն, այն պահը, երբ օրգամիզմում առկա էր վիտամին D-ի ամենաբարձր մակարդակը, համապատասխանում էր արյան մեջ դեղի ամենացածր խտությանը:
Մասնագետները պնդում են, որ եթե օրգանիզմն ակտիվորեն քայքայում է դեղը, ապա անհրաժեշտ է առավել բարձր դեղաչափ` արդյունքի հասնելու համար:
