«Լրագրողներ առանց սահմանների»-ն Մուխտարլիի գործով բացատրություն է պահանջել Վրաստանի իշխանություններից

Միջազգային իրավապաշտպան «Լրագրողներ առանց սահմանների» կազմակերպությունը կոչ է արել Վրաստանի իշխանություններին՝ բացատրել, թե ինչպես է 2015 թվականից Վրաստանում բնակվող ադրբեջանցի լրագրող Աֆղան Մուխտարլին առևանգվել ու փոխանցվել Ադրբեջանին:
 
«Վրաստանի իշխանությունները պետք է անմիջապես բացատրեն, թե ինչ է տեղի ունեցել Աֆղան Մուխտարլիի հետ, ինչպես նաև ապահովեն Վրաստանում գտնվող ադրբեջանցի այլախոհների անվտանգության երաշխիքները»,- ասվում է կազմակերպության տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ:
 
Կազմակերպությունն ընդգծել է, որ անկախ այն հանգամանքից, թե ով է առևանգել լրագրողին՝ ադրբեջանցի ոստիկանները, թե Վրաստանի ուժայինները, կատարվածը շատ լուրջ միջադեպ է, որը չի մնա անհետևանք: «Մենք պահանջում ենք անհապաղ ազատ արձակել Աֆղան Մուխտարլիին, ով բռնության ու դաժան վերաբերմունքի է արժանացել: Անկախ լրագրողների նկատմամբ հորինված մեղադրանքներն Ադրբեջանում ստանդարտ գործելաոճ են դարձել: Երկրի իշխող ռեժիմը ևս մեկ անգամ ցույց է տվել, որ կարող է խնդիրներ առաջացնել նաև երկրի սահմաններից դուրս: Եկել է ժամանակը պատասխան տալ այս ամենի համար»,- նշել են կազմակերպությունից:
 
Աֆղան Մուխտարլին հայտնի է որպես ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների վարած քաղաքականության քննադատ: 2015 թվականից ի վեր ստիպված է եղել բնակություն հաստատել Թբիլիսիում: Օրերս նա անհետացել էր, ինչի կապակցությամբ ընտանիքը դիմել էր ոստիկանություն: Ավելի ուշ նա հայտնվել էր Բաքվում և ձերբակալվել: Նա հայտարարել է, որ Թբիլիսիի կենտրոնից իրեն առևանգել են քաղաքացիական հագուստով անհայտ անձինք, ովքեր խոսում էին վրացերեն: Նրան նստեցրել են մեքենա և դուրս բերել Վրաստանից, ապա դաժան ծեծի են ենթարկել, կապել աչքերը և տեղափոխել մեկ այլ մեքենա, իսկ ադրբեջանական սահմանին կրկին տեղափոխել են երրորդ մեքենա, որում արդեն խոսել են ադրբեջաներեն: Մեքենայում նրա գրպանում խոշոր չափի գումար են դրել, և այժմ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները նրան մեղադրում են գումարի ապօրինի տեղափոխման և սահմանը հատելու մեջ:
 
Լրագրողի փաստաբանն արդեն հանդիպել է նրան և փաստել, որ քթի և ճակատի հատվածում երևում են ծեծի հետքեր, աչքերի տակ կապտուկներ են: Աֆղանն ասել է, որ կրծքավանդակում ուժեղ ցավեր ունի, կարծում է, որ կողի կոտրվածք է ստացել:
 
Սաբաիլի շրջանային դատարանը Թբիլիսիից առևանգված ադրբեջանցի լրագրող Աֆղան Մուխտարլիի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընդունել երեք ամսով կալանքը:
 
Մուխտարլիի առևանգման գործով մտահոգություն են հայտնել Վրաստանի պատկան մարմինները, այդ թվում և երկրի նախագահ Գեորգի Մարգվելաշվիլին:
