Մի շարք հավատարմագրված պարենային և ոչ պարենային արտադրանքի փորձարկման լաբորատորիաների նախնական մոնիթորինգի արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել են հավատարմագրված ոլորտներից դուրս, ոչ ամբողջական և օրենսդրությանը հակասող փորձարկումներ իրականացնելու դեպքեր, որոնք հանդիսանում են լաբորատորիաների գործունեությունը դադարեցնելու կամ կասեցնելու հիմքեր: Այդ մասին կառավարության նիստում հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը: «Հաշվի առնելով, որ նշված դեպքերը բարձրացնում են Հայաստանի շուկայում իրացվող պարենային և ոչ պարենային արտադրանքի վտանգավորության ռիսկերը, ինչպես նաև բացասաբար են ազդում տեղական արտադրանքի վարկանիշի վրա՝ հանձնարարում եմ ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարին՝ մեկամսյա ժամկետում փորձարկման լաբորատորիաների մասնակցությամբ կազմակերպել ոլորտը կանոնակարգող իրավական ակտերի միատեսակ կիրառման վերաբերյալ քննարկումներ, ձեռնարկել միջոցներ քննարկումների ընթացքում ի հայտ եկած կամ բարձրաձայնված խնդիրների լուծման ուղղությամբ, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում մշակել և սահմանված կարգով ներկայացնել իրավական ակտերի նախագծեր: Պետք է հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնել գործող իրավական ակտերով նախատեսված արտահերթ և պարբերաբար գնահատումներ իրականացնելու ընթացակարգերին», ասաց Կարեն Կարապետյանը:
Վարչապետը հանձնարարեց նաև ոլորտի իրավական դաշտի քննարկումներից հետո մեկամսյա ժամկետում իրականացնել արտահերթ գնահատումներ հավատարմագրված բոլոր լաբորատորիաներում՝ հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնելով հավատարմագրման ոլորտից դուրս, ոչ լիարժեք և օրենսդրությանը հակասող փորձարկումներ իրականացնելու փաստերի վրա և կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել իրականացված գնահատումների արդյունքները։
Դիմելով Տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարար Սուրեն Կարայանին՝ վարչապետն ասաց, որ պետք է շատ ուշադիր լինել, որպեսզի «մեր չինովնիկը իրեն չափազանց կարևոր չզգա»: «Մենք լաբորատորիաների ոլորտն ազատականացրել ենք, որպեսզի բիզնես իրականացնող մարդկանց հնարավորություն տանք ընտրություն կատարել: Մյուս կողմից՝ մենք այդ լաբորատորիաների հավաստիության վրա պետք է վստահ լինենք, որ որևէ այլ երկրում դա մեր վարկանիշը չի գցի: Այստեղ վտանգ կա, հատուկ ձեր հսկողության տակ վերցրեք հարցը, որպեսզի այդ լաբորատորիաներում համապատասխան կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերը նվազեցնենք»,- ընդգծեց գործադիրի ղեկավարը:
