Շագանակը ոչ միայն հիասքանչ մթերք է երեխաների համար, այլ նաև անգին դեղորայք՝ մեծահասակների համար: Ժողովրդական բժշկության մեջ բազմաթիվ բաղադրություններ կան՝ հիմնված շագանակի բուժիչ հատկությունների վրա, և բացառություն չի կազմում նաև ռևմատոլոգիան:

Ձեր ուշադրությանն ենք ցանկանում ներկայացնել հոդացավերի դեմ բուժիչ թուրմի բաղադրությունը՝ պատրաստված թանկարժեք պտուղներից:

Հոդերի բուժումը տնային միջոցներով

Շագանակի օգտագործումը հոդերի հիվանդությունների թերապիայի մեջ պոպուլյար է ոչ միայն ժողովրդական բժշկությունը գնահատողների շրջանում, այլ նաև ավանդական բժշկության շատ հայտնի մասնագետներ վաղուց արդեն գնահատել են այս կախարդական բույսի ամբողջ օգուտը:

1. Թուրմ՝ պատրաստված ջրային հիմքով

Շագանակի 3 մանրացրած պտղի վրա լցնել 1 բաժակ եռացրած ջուր և թրմել 3 ժամ: Պատրաստի թուրմը քամել և օգտագործել երկուական ճ/գ, սնունդ ընդունելուց առաջ՝ օրը 3 անգամ:

2. Թուրմ՝ պատրաստված սպիրտի հիմքով

Այսպիսի թուրմ պատրաստելու համար անհրաժեշտ է պտղի շագանակագույն կեղևը: 50 գ կեղևը մանրացնել և վրան լցնել 200 գ սպիրտ: Թրմել 14 օր: Պատրաստի թուրմը քամել և օգտագործել օրը 3 անգամ՝ սնունդ ընդունելուց առաջ, 15-ական կաթիլ:

3. Շագանակից պատրաստած կվաս

Այսպիսի բուժիչ ըմպելիքը պատրաստվում է խմորման ճանապարհով: Վերցնել շագանակի 30 մանրացրած պտուղ, 3 լ եռացրած ջուր, 1 բաժակ շաքարավազ և 1 բաժակ կաթի մերան: Լցնել բոլոր բաղադրիչները մեծ հերմետիկ տարայի մեջ և թողնել 2 շաբաթ:

Հիշեք, որ տնային բուժման յուրաքանչյուր մեթոդ կարելի է կիրառել միայն բժշկի հետ խորհրդակցելուց հետո:
