Բշտիկների առաջացումը հիմնականում կապված է ներքին գործոնների հետ։ Adme.ru-ն ներկայացրել է այս խնդիրներից ազատվելու արդյունավետ միջոցներ։
Մեջք և ուսեր։ Մարմնի այս հատվածներում բշտիկների առաջացման պատճառ կարող են դառնալ պայուսակների ուսագոտու ճնշումը, ինչպես նաև կիպ սինթետիկ հագուստ կրելը։ Եթե առաջանում են փոքր կարմիր բշտիկներ, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, դա ալերգիկ ռեակցիա է։ Բշտիկների առաջացումը կարող է պայմանավորված լինել նաև յուղոտ և տապակած սնունդ օգտագործելով։ Բուժման գործում օգտակար են աղով լոգանքները, ինչպես նաև խնձորի քացախի օգտագործումը։

Իրան։ Կիպ հագուստի հետ շփումը կարող է իրանին բշտիկների առաջացման պատճառ դառնալ։ Կարող է նաև ալերգիկ ռեակցիա առաջանալ շամպունի կամ մազերը փափկեցնող միջոցների նկատմամբ։ Եվս մեկ հայտնի պատճառ կարող է լինել շաքարի շատ օգտագործումը։ Բամբակը թրջեք կիտրոնի և լայմի հյութի մեջ, մաշկին թողեք 10 րոպե, լվացեք տաք ջրով։
Ձեռքեր։ Նյութափոխանակության համակարգի աշխատանքի խանգարումը, լվացող միջոցների նկատմամբ ալերգիան, ինչպես նաև հակաբիոտիկները կարող են բշտիկների առաջացման պատճառ դառնալ։ Եթե հաճախ եք այցելում շոգեբաղնիք, լողավազան կամ մարզասրահ, կարող եք սնկային վարակ ձեռք բերել, որը բորոբոքման դեպքում հանգեցնում է բշտիկների առաջացման։ Եթե բշտիկների առաջացման պատճառը կապված չէ սնկային վարակի հետ, ապա բշտիկներից ազատվելու գործում կօգնի կարտոֆիլի հյութը։ Հում կարտոֆիլը քսեք այն հատվածին, որտեղ բշտիկներ են առաջացել։
