5 վատ սովորություն, որ փչացնում են մատնահարդարումը

Բոլոր կանայք էլ կարևորում են իրենց արտաքինն ու դրա հետ կապված տարբեր մանրուքները: Ամեն բան պետք է կատարյալ լինի, միայն այդ դեպքում կանայք իրենց ինքնավստահ կզգան:
Interesnoznat-ը գրում է, որ կա մի քանի վատ սովորություն, որոնցից պետք է շտապ ազատվել: Այս սովորությունները վնասում են եղունգներն ու փչացնում մատնահարդարումը:
1. Մի քանի շաբաթ եղունգների լաքը չմաքրել: Բացի այն, որ ճաքած լաքը ոչ այնքան գեղեցիկ տեսք ունի, այն նաև վնասում է եղունգներին: Քիմիական պրոցեսների պատճառով եղունգները փչանում են: Դրանք պետք է հաճախ մաքրել ու գոնե շաբաթը մեկ անգամ ամբողջովին մաքուր պահել:
2. Հազվադեպ լվանալ ձեռքերը: Բժիշկները խորհուրդ են տալիս օրական մեկ անգամ անպայման լվանալ ձեռքերը: Դրանք լվանալու հաճախականությունը կախված է դրանց կեղտոտվելուց: Ինչպես նաև, լվացվելիս պետք է լվանալ նաև եղունգները:
3. Եղունգներն ամեն իրավիճակում օգտագործել: Շատերը եղունգների միջոցով տարբեր տարաներ են բացում և տարբեր իրեր են պատռում: Սա միանշանակ վնասում է և՛ եղունգները, և՛ մատնահարդարումը:
4. Սպասքն առանց ձեռնոցների լվանալ: Սա չափազանց վատ ազդեցություն է ունենում ձեռքերի մաշկի, եղունգների և առավել ևս մատնահարդարման վրա:
5. Ձեռքերն անպաշտպան թողնելը: Եվս մեկ բան ձեռնոցների մասին։ Դրանք պարտադիր են ցուրտ եղանակներին և ինչ-որ աշխատանք անելիս: Առանց ձեռնոցների հողագործությամբ զբաղվելու դեպքում կեղտը կվնասի ձեռքերի մաշկն ու կփչացնի մատնահարդարումը, իսկ ցուրտը բացասական ազդեցություն է ունենում եղունգների ու ձեռքերի մաշկի վրա:
