Սերժ Սարգսյանն` «ազգային համաձայնության» վարչապետ. Նա սրանով միանգամից երկու խնդիր է լուծում. «Ժամանակ»

«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է.
«Երբ Սերժ Սարգսյանը «Սասնա ծռերի» զինաթափումից անմիջապես հետո խոսեց ազգային համաձայնության իշխանության ձեւավորման անհրաժեշտության մասին, շատերը ենթադրեցին, որ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի կառավարության օրերը հաշված են: Այդպես էլ եղավ, սակայն Կարեն Կարապետյանի ձեւավորած կառավարությունն որեւէ աղերս չունի ազգային համաձայնության հետ` թե քաղաքական բաղադրության եւ թե օրակարգի առումով:
Մնում էր ենթադրել, որ Սարգսյանն այդ գաղափարը շրջանառության մեջ է դրել` մեկ այլ առիթով ու հավանաբար հենց իր համար օգտագործելու նպատակով: Իրադարձությունների ընթացքը ցույց է տալիս, որ այդպես էլ կա:
Առաջինը ՀՅԴ բյուրոյի ներկայացուցիչ Արմեն Ռուստամյանը բարձրաձայնեց, թե իրենք կողմ կլինեն, որ 2018-ի ապրիլից հետո Սերժ Սսրգսյանը զբաղեցնի վարչապետի պաշտոնը: Սա խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ էր, իսկ երեկ, «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանին տված հարցազրույցում, Սերժ Սարգսյանի վարչապետության հեռանկարին, ըստ էության, դեմ չի արտահայտվել «Ծառուկյան» դաշինք խմբակցության անդամ Վարդան Բոստանջյանը: Իհարկե, Ռուստամյանի ու Բոստանջյանի կարծիքներում շեշտադրումների տարբերություններ կան, սակայն դրանք մարտավարական բնույթի են` պայմանավորված թերեւս այն հանգամանքով, որ ՀՅԴ-ն ՀՀԿ-ի կոալիցիոն գործընկերն է, իսկ ԲՀԿ-ն, ֆորմալ առումով, գոնե այս պահին ընդդիմություն է:
Էականն այն է, որ հանրային գիտակցության մեջ «ազգային համաձայնության իշխանության» գաղափարը «եփվում» է, ընդ որում` առանց ՀՀԿ-ի նախաձեռնության, նույնիսկ` մասնակցության: Սերժ Սարգսյանը սրանով միանգամից երկու խնդիր է լուծում` նախ ձեւավորում է այն «ոչ թղթային», ստվերային մեծամասնությունը, որը թվակազմով ձգում է «ազգային համաձայնության» գաղափարին, եւ երկրորդ` ՀՀԿ-ին հասկացնում է, որ միշտ էլ կարող է «այլընտրանքային» հենարան ստեղծել, եթե համակարգի ներսում որեւէ մեկը փորձի ուժերի բալանս փոխել:
Կասկածից վեր է, որ 2018թ-ի ապրիլին միանգամայն ծանրակշիռ եւ, քաղաքական տեսանկյունից, լեգիտիմ կլինի ՀՀԿ-ի կողմից վարչապետի պաշտոնում Սերժ Սարգսյանի առաջադրումը, մանավանդ, եթե դրան նախորդեն ՀՅԴ-ի ու «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի հորդոր-խնդրանքները: «Ազգային համաձայնության» նման միջավայրին դժվար թե դիմադրեն մեր հասարակությունն ու միջազգային հանրությունը, մանավանդ, եթե անվտանգության բաղադրիչի համատեքստում` Սարգսյանն այս պահին մրցակիցներ չունի ոչ համակարգում, ոչ էլ` դրանից դուրս»:
