ՀՀ դեսպան Արմեն Սարգսյանը հանդիպել է Շոտլանդիայի խորհրդարանի խոսնակի հետ

 Միացյալ Թագավորությունում ՀՀ դեսպան Արմեն Սարգսյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը մայիսի 31-ին այցելեց Շոտլանդիա, որտեղ տեղի ունեցան հանդիպումներ խորհրդարանի խոսնակ Քեն Մակինտոշի, Էդինբուրգի քաղաքապետ Ֆրանկ Ռոսսի, Միջազգային զարգացման և Եվրոպայի հարցերով նախարար Ալասդեր Ալլանի հետ։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:

Միջազգային զարգացման և Եվրոպայի հարցերով նախարար, շոտլանդական սփյուռքի հարցերով պատասխանատու Ալասդեր Ալլանի հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում անդրադարձ կատարվեց զբոսաշրջության, ՏՏ, բանկային ու ֆինանսական, ինչպես նաև մշակութային ոլորտներում համագործացկության, գործարար կապերի խթանման հեռանկարներին։

Դեսպան Սարգսյանը ներկայացրեց զբոսաշրջության, բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների և այլ ոլորտներում Հայաստանի ներուժը, ԵԱՏՄ–ին Հայաստանի անդամակցությունից և ԵՄ հետ դինամիկ զարգացող հարաբերություններից բխող առավելությունները օտարերկրյա ներդրողների և գործարարների համար։ Պայմանավորված մեծածավալ հայկական ու շոտլանդական սփյուռքի առկայությամբ` հանդիպման ընթացքում հեռանկարային համարվեցին ոլորտը համակարգող համապատասխան պետական կառույցների միջև փորձի փոխանակումն ու կապերի խորացումը։

Խորհրդարանի խոսնակ Քեն Մակինտոշի հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում ՀՀ դեսպանը հայտնեց հայկական կողմի հանձնառությունը զարգացնելու փոխշահավետ համագործակցությունը հնարավոր բոլոր ուղղություններով։ Մասնավորապես, նշվեց հայ–բրիտանական խորհրդարանական երկխոսության շրջանակներում Հայաստանի ու Շոտլանդիայի խորհրդարանների միջև կապերի ակտիվացման անհրաժեշտությունը՝ այցելությունների և խորհրդակցությունների, այլ համատեղ նախաձեռնությունների միոջոցով։ Արմեն Սարգսյանը ներկայացրեց անկախության շրջանում Հայաստանի զարգացման հիմնական փուլերը, ԼՂ հիմնախնդրի առանձնահատկությունները, խորհրդարանական կառավարման ձևին Հայաստանի անցման նշանակությունը։

Այցի շրջանակներում կայացավ հանդիպում Էդինբուրգի նորընտիր քաղաքապետ (The Lord Provost) Ֆրանկ Ռոսսի հետ, որի ընացքում քննարկվեցին Երևանի և Էդինբուրգի միջև զբոսաշրջության, մշակույթի, տեղական կառավարման ոլորտի միջազգային համապատասխան հարթակներում հարաբերությունների զարգացման, այդ թվում` գործարար կապերի ընդլայնման հնարավորությունները։
