«Հայկական լրտեսների» գործով անցնող ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողները ռազմական հեղաշրջման փորձ էին նախապատրաստում

Ալեն Ղուլյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
ԱՄՆ-ում բնակվող ադրբեջանցի ընդդիմադիր լրագրող-հրապարակախոս Բեյդուլլա Մանաֆովը յութուբյան իր էջում երեկ մի տեսանյութ է հրապարակել (ДИКТАТУРА МЕРЗАВЦЕВ անվամբ), որում անդրադարձել է նաև, այսպես կոչված, «Հայկական լրտեսների» գործին։
Մանաֆովը նշում է, որ իրար հետ ոչ մի կապ չունեցող տարբեր աղբյուրներից տեղեկություններ է ստացել այն մասին, որ ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողները իրականում ռազմական հեղաշրջման փորձ էին նախապատրաստում։ Իլհամ Ալիևի հրամանով «հեղաշրջումից» այդ գործողությունները վերանվանվել են «Հայաստանի հետախուզության ինտրիգների»։ Դրա համար կա առնվազն 3 պատճառ. առաջինն այն է, որ ճշմարտությունը կարող էր հիմար դրության մեջ գցել, առանց այն էլ հիմար դրության մեջ գտնվող, բանակում ոչ մի օր չծառայած, այսպես կոչված, գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատարին, երկրորդը՝ ռազմաճակատում հայերի առաջ խայտառակվելն է, և երրորդը՝ խուճապը, միայն այն մտքից, որ հեղաշրջումը կարող էր հաջող ավարտ ունենալ։
Ըստ Մանաֆովի՝ ապստամբները պլանավորել էին արագ ձերբակալել երկրի նախագահին՝ իր մերձավոր շրջապատի հետ, պաշտպանության նախարարության ղեկավարությանը, կառավարության բոլոր անդամներին և մի քանի պատգամավորների։
Այնուհետև ապստամբները պլանավորում էին լուծարել Միլի Մեջլիսը (խորհրդարանը), ստեղծել ժամանակավոր զինվորական կառավարման կենտրոն (կես տարի կամ մեկ տարի ժամկետով), անցկացել գաղտնազերծում (լյուստրացիա), թալանվածը դատական կարգով վերադարձնել ժողովրդին և բաց դատական պրոցես անցկացնել Իլհամ Ալիևի նկատմամբ։
Խորհրդարանական և նախագահական ընտրություններից, ինչպես նաև սահմանադրական փոփոխություններից հետո ապստամբները պետք է հրաժարվեին երկրի ղեկավարումից։
