Աշոտ Մովսիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Այսպես կոչված «Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան խաղաղության հարթակի» խայտառակ ավարտն Իլհամ Ալիևի սիրելի գեներալ, պետական անվտանգության ծառայության պետ Մեդեթ Գուլիևի և ԱՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Ռամիզ Մեհդիևի հերթական լուրջ ձախողումն է: Դեռևս այս «հարթակի» կազմավորման առաջի օրերից պարզ էր, որ այն գտնվում է Ադրբեջանի բարձրագույն իշխանության հովանու ներքո և ուղղորդվում նախագահի աշխատակազմի կողմից: Հարկ է նկատել, որ «խաղաղության հարթակ» կոչված ծրագիրը որևէ հաջողություն չի գրանցել, այլ միայն հարվածել է շարքային ադրբեջանցու գրպանին, քանի որ հենց նրանց վճարած հարկերով Բաքվի բռնապետի վարչակազմը «պարգևատրել» ու հոգացել դեռ ոչ վաղ անցյալում հայտնի քաղաքական գործիչներ, լրագրողներ, գրողներ անվանվող «հայերի» հյուրընկալության ծախսերը: Մյուս կողմից այս նախագծի տապալումը շատ կարևոր ազդեցություն է թողել Ադրբեջանի հասարակության վրա՝ է՛լ ավելի խորացնելով իշխանության հանդեպ անվստահությունը: «Խաղաղության հարթակ» փուչիկի պայթելը վերջին շրջանում Իլհամ Ալիևի վարչակարգի 2-րդ մեծ ձախողումն է՝ բանակում մեծ թվով «հայ լրտեսների ցանցի բացահայտումից հետո»: Ալիևի սպասավորների ոչ պրոֆեսիոնալ աշխատելոճը պատուհաս է սեփական հանրության համար, քանի որ այսօր արդեն շարքային ադրբեջանցու համար հայի ուրվականն ամենուր է՝ թե՛ սահմանամերձ գոտում, թե՛ երկրի սրտում:
