Հայաստանում հունիսի 1-ին անցկացվել է ԱՊՀ անդամ պետությունների մաքսային ծառայությունների ղեկավարների խորհրդի իրավապահ ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարների կոմիտեի հերթական՝ 15-րդ նիստը՝ Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի, Բելառուսի, Ղազախստանի, Ղրղզստանի, Տաջիկստանի և Հակաահաբեկչական կենտրոնի ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ: Ամփոփվել են նախորդ նիստի որոշումների իրականացման ընթացքը, կատարված աշխատանքները և նախանշել առաջիկա անելիքները: Քննարկվել են մի շարք հարցեր, այդ թվում՝ այլ միջազգային իրավապահ կառույցների հետ համագործակցության զարգացման ուղիները, ԱՊՀ տարածքով ապրանքների և տրանսպորտային միջոցների ապօրինի տեղափոխման սխեմաներն ու ուղիները հայտնաբերելու և կանխելու միջոցները: Ամփոփվել են թմրանյութերի, հոգեմետ նյութերի և դրանց բաղադրիչների միջազգային ապօրինի  շրջանառության դեմ  պայքարի համատեղ միջոցառումների արդյունքները: Հստակեցվել են ԱՊՀ անդամ երկրների տարածքներում թմրանյութերի ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ հակազդեցության հետագա քայլերը: Անդրադարձ է եղել նաև անդրսահմանային ինտերնետ-առևտրի իրավախախտումների կանխմանն ուղղված խնդիրներին, ԱՊՀ անդամ պետությունների մաքսային ծառայությունների աշխատակիցների վերապատրաստմանը: Մաքսային իրավախախտումների հայտնաբերման և կանխարգելման, անդրազգային կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի արդյունավետության բարձրացման նպատակով ծրագրվել է ԱՊՀ տարածքում իրականացնել բազմակողմ հատուկ գործողություններ: Մշակվել են նաև համակարգված միջոցներ՝ ուղղված տեղեկատվության արդյունավետ փոխանակմանը:  Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

ԱՊՀ անդամ պետությունների մաքսային ծառայությունների ներկայացուցիչները ծանոթացել են նաև Հայաստանի մաքսային ծառայության աշխատանքներին: ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի և կրկնակի մաքսային հսկողության վարչության պետ Սամվել Սանամյանի տեղեկացմամբ՝ Կոմիտեի գործունեության շրջանակում մշակվել է օպերատիվ տեղեկատվության փոխանակման կարգ, ինչի հիման վրա էլ ԱՊՀ անդամ պետությունների միջև իրականացվում է մաքսային իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության փոխանակում. «Գործընթացն առավել արդյունավետ կազմակերպելու նպատակով նախատեսվում է հավանական մաքսանենգության վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության ստացումը դարձնել շուրջօրյա՝ ձեռնարկելով առավել օպերատիվ կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումներ: Այժմ աշխատանքներ են տարվում նաև վերահսկելի մատակարարումներն ակտիվացնելու ուղղությամբ»:

Բարձր գնահատելով գործակացության մակարդակը, ՌԴ դաշնային մաքսային ծառայության ղեկավարի տեղակալ Անատոլի Սերիշևը տեղեկացրել է, որ 2016 թվականի ընթացքում համատեղ անցկացվել է 3 միջազգային միջոցառում. «Արդյունքում հաջողվել է կանխել 1016 ապրանքի և ապրանքխմբերի մուտքը, այդ թվում՝ առգրավել 96 կիլոգրամ թմրամիջոց, հոգեմետ նյութեր և դրանց բաղադրիչներ, 70 հազար փաթեթ ծխախոտ, կես միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար և մտավոր սեփականության 100 հազար օբյեկտ: Ձեռնարկված համատեղ միջոցառումներով հարուցվել է 39 քրեական գործ  և վարչական իրավախախտման 910 դեպք»:

Կարևորելով համագործակցության խորացումը, գործընկերներն ընդգծել են, որ ձեռքբերված համատեղ լուծումները կնպաստեն մաքսային իրավախախտումների դեմ պայքարի արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը:
