Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի նախկին պատգամավոր, Մարտական խաչի ասպետ Վահան Բադասյանն armtimes.com-ին տված հարցազրույցում անդրադառնում է «Միջազգային ճգնաժամային խումբ» անկախ կազմակերպության երեկ հրապարակած զեկույցին, որտեղ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում պատերազմի վերսկսման վտանգը մեծ էր համարվել:

Պարոն Բադասյան, «Միջազգային ճգնաժամային խմբի» հրապարակած զեկույցի համաձայն՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղն ավելի քան երբեւէ,  մոտ է պատերազմի բռնկմանը: Հիմնական փաստարկն այն է, որ երկու կողմերն էլ էսկալացիայի են գնում, ինչպես նաեւ այն, որ ողբերգական ելք ունեցող միջադեպերը 2017 թվականի սկզբից չեն դադարում: Այս հեռանկարն իրատեսակա՞ն է:

Ես կարծում եմ՝ չի բացառվում թե´ մեկը, թե´ մյուսը, բայց այն, որ համեմատած նախորդ տարիների հետ, հիմա պատերազմի բռնկման վտանգն ավելի մեծ է, դրանում ոչ մի խոսք, որովհետեւ Ադրբեջանն ունի այստեղ կառուցած քաղաքական հենք: Դա նա է, որ ինքը ներքին լսարանում, իր ժողովրդի մեջ կարողանա պահպանի իր դիկտատուրան եւ տնտեսական լծակները, այսինքն՝ Ալիեւի կլանը, որպեսզի կարողանա պահպանի ընտանեկան կլանը: 20 տարուց ավելի է այն հյուսվածքն են հյուսել ժողովրդի մեջ, որ շուտով «մենք պետք է հետ վերցնենք մեր հողերը, եթե ոչ, ապա պետք է պատերազմ սկսվի»: Հողերը չեն վերցրել դիվանագիտական ճանապարհով, հիմա, ըստ իրենց, պետք է Արցախը ետ վերցնեն եւ դա ուզում են անել պատերազմի ճանապարհով, որի առջեւ իրենք կանգնելու ոչինչ չունեն, ոչինչ իրենց չի պահում: Նրանք կարող է միայն պատերազմից ետ պահել տնտեսական վիճակն ու այլ գործոններ, բայց նրանք հասել են դրան:

Այստեղ կարեւոր հարցը հայկական կողմինն է: 1994 թվականի հրադադարի ռիթմի պայմանագրից սկսած մինչեւ օրս բոլոր փաստաթղթերը Հայաստանը ոչ համարժեք է ստորագրել եւ նաեւ համարժեք չի մինչեւ Կազանյան փաստաթուղթն ու Մադրիդյան սկզբունքները: Սա բլեֆ է Հայաստանի կողմից նա մանավանդ երկրորդ նախագահի ժամանակ արված, որ իբրեւ թե մենք համաձայնվել են տարածքներ հանձնելուն, քանի որ գիտենք, որ դրան չի համաձայնվի Ադրբեջանը, բայց եկել է պահը, որ Ադրբեջանը համաձայն է ինչ-որ բաների եւ եկել է պահը, որ Հայաստանը պետք  է ինչ-որ բաներ հանձնի, բայց սա էլ մեզ համար կործանարար ազդեցություն պետք է ունենա, որովհետեւ յուրաքանչյուր թիզ հող հանձնելը պատերազմի սկսումը ռեալ է դառնում:

Հիմա կրակակետերը կիլոմետրերով հեռու են բնակավայրերից, արդեն դառնալու են մի քանի կիլոմետր: Հիմա ինչպես դիպուկահարներն են սպանում զինվորներին, այնպես էլ դիպուկահարները խաղաղ բնակիչներին կսպանեն: Պատերազմի չվերսկսման քայլը Հայաստանի ձեռքում է, կարելի է ասել Հայաստանի իշխանությունների ձեռքում է, ոչ թե Ադրբեջանի ձեռքում: Եթե այսօր Հայաստանի իշխանությունները մտադրություն ունենան բանակը հզորացնելու, բանակը զինելու, երկրի տնտեսական համակարգը հզորացնելու մտադրություն, ապա Ադրբեջանը ոչ մի ոտնձգություն չի փորձի կատարել, նա անում է բոլոր ոտնձգությունները թույլ Հայաստանի վրա»:
