Ստամբուլի Սուրբ Սոֆիայի տաճարը կդառնա մզկի՞թ

Մայիսի 29–ին լրացավ թուրքերի կողմից Կոստանդնուպոլսի գրավման 564–րդ տարին: Այդ առթիվ «Սուրբ Սոֆիայի ազատագրման ամերիկյան խորհուրդ» կազմակերպությունը կոչ էր արել տաճար–թանգարանը վերադարձնել իր նախնական նշանակությանը, այսինքն` այնտեղ նորից հնչեն քրիստոնեական աղոթքներ ու մատուցվեն պատարագներ: Կազմակերպության ղեկավարները դիմել են նախագահ Էրդողանին: Եթե Թուրքիայի նախագահը չանսա նրանց հորդորին, կազմակերպությունը պատրաստվում է դիմել Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան:
 
Սակայն պարադոքսն այն է, որ մինչ ամերիկյան այդ կազմակերպությունը փորձում է վերականգնել Սուրբ Սոֆիայի տաճարի նախնական կարգավիճակը (ընդ որում, արդեն մի քանի տարի շարունակ), բուն Թուրքիայում տիրում են բոլորովին այլ տրամադրություններ: Ընդսմին, դրանք պայմանավորված են նախևառաջ քաղաքական դրդապատճառներով:
 
Ապրիլի 16–ին Թուրքիայում կայացավ սահմանադրական հանրաքվե, որի ժամանակ Էրդողանը կարողացավ առավելության հասնել ձայների չնչին առավելությամբ: Ընդ որում, Էրդողանի օգտին հիմնականում քվեարկել էր, ինչպես նշել էր հայտնի արևելագետ Եվգենի Սատանովսկին, «գավառամիտ ու ագրեսիվ Թուրքիան՝ ներքին Անատոլիան»: Ու հիմա, քանի որ առջևում խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ են, և Էրդողանը խնդիր ունի ապահովել իր հաղթանակի կայունությունը, պահպանողական ու կրոնական ներքին Անատոլիան հանկարծ սկսել է գիտակցել, որ այսուհետ կարող է պահանջներ առաջադրել: Իսկ դրանք ուղղակիորեն վերաբերում են Սուրբ Սոֆիայի տաճարին:
 
Hurriyet Daily News–ը գրել է, որ Կոստանդնուպոլսի գրավման 564–րդ «տարեդարձի» առթիվ Սուրբ Սոֆիայի տաճարը լիքն էր ոչ թե զբոսաշրջիկներով, այլ Անատոլիայի երիտասարդական ասոցիացիայի (AGD) անդամներով, որոնց կարգախոսն է՝ «Կյանքը հավատ է ու ջիհադ»: Կրոնական մոլեռանդությամբ հայտնի այդ մարդիկ ակտիվորեն դեմ են հանդես գալիս ցանկացած բանի, որը վկայում է թուրք հասարակության մեջ ոչ մահմեդական հավատի ներկայության մասին: Վերջին երեք տարում նրանք իշխանություններից պահանջում են Սուրբ Սոֆիայի տաճարը վերածել մզկիթի: Առայժմ Էրդողանը դանդաղում է: «Հանրաքվեից հետո թուրքական քաղաքականությունը մտել է նոր Սահմանադրությունն իրացնելու բարդ փուլի մեջ, իսկ մայիսի 29–ից հետո հարց է առաջանում, թե արդյոք Անատոլիայից եկող այդ ուժեղ ազդակները հիմա կանտեսվե՞ն»,– գրել է պարբերականը:
 
Կոնստանդնուպոլսի գրավման տոնակատարությունների ժամանակ Էրդողանը հայտարարել էր. «Ստամբուլը, որն իր հիմնադրման պահից եղել է տարբեր պետությունների ու մշակույթների մայրաքաղաք, դարձել է խաղաղ գոյակցության ու հանդուրժողականության կենտրոն»: Նրա խոսքի այս հատվածը բավականին հանդուրժողական նրբերանգ ունի: Բայց ի՞նչ կհետևի դրան: Եթե հանկարծ Էրդողանը անսա քրիստոնյաների հորդորներին ու թույլատրի պատարագ մատուցել Սուրբ Սոֆիայի տաճարում, ապա դա առնվազն կհուշի, որ Թուրքիան փորձում է մտածել քրիստոնեական աշխարհի հետ հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու հնարավորությունների մասին, մի աշխարհի, որի մասին Էրդողանը բազմիցս արտահայտվել է որպես «քրիստոնեական ակումբ»:
 
Սակայն դա Թուրքիայի նախագահից կպահանջի ոչ միայն անձնական քաջություն, այլև քաղաքական ու հասարակական նոր ուժերի աջակցություն, նոր դաշնակիցների որոնում թե երկրի ներսում, թե դրսում: Սակայն խնդիրն այն է, որ բուն Թուրքիայի ներսում սկսում է ձևավորվել կարծիք, որ Էրդողանը դառնում է ներքին Անատոլիայի գերին: Իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ Սուրբ Սոֆիայի թանգարանը երկրի ու հասարակության այդ հատվածի ճնշման ներքո ավելի շուտ կդառնա մզկիթ, քան եկեղեցի:
