Թալիշում մոտ օրերս կսկսվեն դպրոցի եւ մակնապարտեզի շինարարության աշխատանքները

Արցախի Հանրապետության Թալիշ համայնքում շինարարական աշխատանքներն ընթանում են գյուղապետարանի եւ հանդիսությունների շենքերի շրջանում, իսկ մոտ օրերս կսկսվեն դպրոցի եւ մակնապարտեզի շինարարության աշխատանքները: Այս մասին Թալիշում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշել է համայնքի ղեկավար Վիլեն Պետրոսյանը, հաղորդում է «Արցախպրեսը»:

Նրա խոսքով, զուգահեռ կընթանան երեք անհատական տների շինարարությունները. «Հին դպրոցը չի վերանորոգվում զուտ այն պատճառով, որ դիրքերից ուղիղ նշանառության տակ է գտնվում: Նոր դպրոցը կկառուցվի գյուղապետարանի եւ հանդիսությունների շենքի արանքում: Վրանային ավաններում եւ իրենց տներում արդեն իսկ մի շարք տղամարդիկ են ապրում: Նրանք հետեւում են գյուղի աշխատանքներին, ծառայություն են մատուցում: Իսկ ընտանքիները ժամանակավոր ապաստանում են համայնքի տարածքից դուրս,  հիմնականում՝ Ալաշանում»:

Վիլեն Պետրոսյանը նշեց, որ ապրիլյան իրադարձություններից հետո վնասները հաշվարկվել են եւ  Կառավարության կողմից դրանց փոխհատուցման առաջին փուլն արդեն կատարվել է: Գյուղապետի խոսքով՝ բնակչության ունեցած մեքենաները, որոնք վնասվել էին թշնամու կողմից, արդեն փոխհատուցվել են, իսկ երկրորդ փուլով կփոխհատուցվի անասնագլխաքանակը:

«Թալիշի  բնակաչության համար կրակոցները շատ սովորական են դարձել: Այժմ մենք նոր մոտեցումներով ենք փորձում դիմադրել այդ կրակոցներին եւ ապահովել անվտանգությունը: Նոր կառուցվող բոլոր շինությունները կունենան իրենց ապաստարանները: Այս տարի Թալիշում բերքը շատ է եւ համոզված եմ մեր բնակիչներն անպայման թափ են տալու Թալիշի թութը եւ ծառների բերքերը»,- ասաց Պետրոսյանը՝ վտահեցնելով, որ Հայաստանում ապրող՝ Թալիշի բնակիչների մոտ ցանկություն կա վերադառնալու:

Ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի օրերին Թալիշ գյուղն արկակոծվել էր երեք կողմերից՝ բացառությամբ թիկունքից:
