Մթերքի 5 վտանգավոր համադրություն

Լավ ինքնազգացողություն ունենալու և առողջությունը պահպանելու համար բավարար չէ միայն սնվել որակյալ մթերքով։ Estet-portal.com-ը գրում է, որ հարկավոր է ուշադրություն դարձնել նաև մթերքի համադրությանը։ Մթերքի սխալ համադրության արդյունքում կարող են առաջանալ մի խումբ տհաճ երևույթներ, այդ թվում՝ տհաճ հոտ բերանից, մետեորիզմ, մաշկի չորություն, անքնություն, ուժերի անկում։ Ինչպե՞ս խուսափել այս ամենից։ Բավարար է միայն հրաժարվել որոշակի մթերք համադրելուց։
1. Պաստա կետչուպով և պանրով։ Ինչպես հայտնի է, տոմատը թթվային մթերք է և խորհուրդ չի տրվում խառնել օսլա պարունակող ածխաջրերի հետ։ Այս դեպքում վնաս եք հասցնում նյութափոխանակությանը։ Խորհուրդ չի տրվում պաստան համադրել նաև պանրի հետ, քանի որ օգտագործման արդյունքում որովայնում ծանրություն և ընդհանուր թուլություն կզգաք։
2. Բուտերբրոդ պանրով։ Օսլա պարունակող մթերքը խորհուրդ չի տվում համադրել պանրի հետ։ Սպիտակուցն ու օսլան մշակվում են տարբեր ֆերմենտների մասնակցությամբ, և, եթե բուտերբրոդն ուտում եք այս կաթնամթերքի հետ, օրգանիզմը նախևառաջ սկսելու է «տանջվել» սպիտակուցը յուրացնելու համար։ Այդ ընթացքում օսլան ենթարկվում է խմորման։
3. Վարունգ և լոլիկ։ Այս համադրությունը հավանաբար ամենատարածվածներից մեկն է։ Խնդիրն այն է, որ վարունգը հիմնային մթերք է, լոլիկը՝ թթվային։ Այդ պատճառով սրանք օրգանիզմի կողմից տարբեր կերպ են յուրացվում։ Երբ վարունգը մշակվում է, լոլիկն արդեն ենթարկվում է խմորման, ինչը շատ հաճախ հանգեցնում է մետեորիզմի։
4. Հիմնական սննդից հետո մրգի օգտագործում։ Այն ընթացքում, երբ հիմնական մթերքը մշակվում է, միրգն առանց մշակման է մնում, սկսում է «թափառել», ինչը հանգեցնում է որովայնի փքվածության։
5. Բանան և կաթ։ Այս համադրությունը գրավում է շատերին, սակայն այն որովայնում ծանրության զգացում է առաջացնում և դանդաղեցնում է նյութափոխանակության ռեակցիաները։
