Այդ թրմուկով պետք է թրջոցներ դնել հիվանդի հոդերին կամ տրորել, ապա բրդյա շալ փաթաթել ու 2 ժամ պահել, մեկ անգամ էլ նույնը կրկնել գիշերը:
