Հայաստանից արտագաղթողների 78 տոկոսը տղամարդիկ են, 22 տոկոսը՝ կանայք. ուսումնասիրություն

Համադրելով Հայաստանի փաստացի (դե ֆակտո, ոչ թե դե յուրե) բնակչության թվերը պարզվում է, որ երկրում սեռերի հարաբերակցությունը կազմում է 88 տղամարդ յուրաքանչյուր 100 կնոջ հաշվով, իսկ գյուղական բնակավայրերում՝ 93.5 յուրաքանչյուր 100 կնոջ հաշվով` ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ գերակշռողը տղամարդկանց միգրացիան է: Այս մասին ասված է ՄԱԿ-ի Պարենի և գյուղատնտեսության կազմակերպության հրապարակած «Գենդերը, գյուղատնտեսությունը և գյուղական շրջանների զարգացումը Հայաստանում» զեկույցում:
Ըստ գնահատականների, 1991 թվականից ի վեր 700,000-ից մինչեւ մեկ միլիոն մարդ է արտագաղթել, եւ Հայաստանի տնային տնտեսությունների շուրջ 20 տոկոսն ունի ընտանիքի արտագաղթած անդամ:
1990-ական թվականներին Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ հակամարտության ընթացքում հեռացածներից բացի՝ միգրանտների 96%-ը մեկնել է Ռուսաստան: Արտագաղթողների 78 տոկոսը տղամարդիկ են, եւ միայն 22 տոկոսն են կանայք:
Զեկույցի հեղինակները նշում են. «Արտագաղթողների գերակշռող մեծամասնությունը (91.7 տոկոս) 15-59 տարեկան են: Տղամարդկանց շրջանում այդ տարիքային խմբի համամասնությունը կազմում է 93.9 տոկոս, իսկ կանանց շրջանում` 83.5 տոկոս: Ամուսինների արտագաղթելուց հետո ծագման համայնքներում մնացող կանայք կարող են փոխել իրենց կարգավիճակը:
Օրինակ` կանայք կարող են որոշում կայացնելու ավելի շատ իրավասություն ստանալ, օրինակ` երեխաների կրթության կամ առողջության համար ընտանեկան ռեսուրսների հատկացման առումով, քանի որ նրանք դառնում են տնային տնտեսության դե ֆակտո գլխավորը:
Միեւնույն ժամանակ կանայք ավելի խոցելի են դառնում աղքատության նկատմամբ, երբ նրանց ամուսինները փող չեն ուղարկում: Նույն կերպ տարեց մարդիկ, որոնց մեծամասնությունը կանայք են, կարող են խոցելի դառնալ աղքատության նկատմամբ, երբ նրանց երեխաները հեռանում են իրենց ծագման համայնքից եւ տնտեսական աջակցություն չեն ցուցաբերում: Ի տարբերություն տղամարդկանց` կանայք հակված են իրենց եկամտի ավելի մեծ բաժինն ուղարկել տուն, հավանաբար ծնողներին աջակցելու հետ կապված գենդերային ակնկալիքների պատճառով:
Այնուամենայնիվ, գումարի բացարձակ չափն ավելի փոքր է, քանի որ կանայք, որպես կանոն, ավելի քիչ են վաստակում, քան տղամարդիկ` ավելի քիչ ու ավելի վատ տնտեսական հնարավորությունների հետեւանքով, որ ունեն կանայք` տղամարդկանց համեմատությամբ»:
