Սարգսյանի կարգավիճակը հայտնի է

1in.am / Անհերքելի է, որ 2018 թվականի կառավարության ձևավորման խնդիրը խորքային առումով ոչինչ է, եթե չի դիտարկվում ներիշխանական ստատուս քվոյի համատեքստում: Այսինքն՝ եթե չի փոխվում ստատուս քվոն իշխանության ներսում, իսկ դա նշանակում է ազդեցության գոտիների և բևեռների փոփոխություն, ապա խոշոր հաշվով ոչ մի էական նշանակություն չի ստանում այն, թե ով է նշանակվում վարչապետի պաշտոնին:
Ըստ այդմ, հասկանալու համար, թե հնարավոր ինչ զարգացման միտումներ են առկա, պետք է նախ արձանագրենք, թե ինչ ստատուս քվո է առկա այժմ: Այժմ Հայաստանում բացարձակապես «կոալիցիոն» իշխանություն է կամ ստատուս քվո, ինչպես վերջին տասը-տասնհինգ տարում նվազագույնը: Այսինքն՝ կա դե յուրե իշխանություն, բայց կա նաև դե ֆակտո ներիշխանական պայմանավորվածությունների շրջանակ, նաև անձնական հարաբերությունների և բարեկամական կապերի շրջանակ:
Հայաստանում ավելի որոշիչ է այդ ամենը, քան դե յուրե իշխանությունը: Հակառակ դեպքում Սերժ Սարգսյանին ոչինչ չարժեր դե յուրե իշխանության տասը տարիների ընթացքում կատարել էական քայլեր ներկայիս համակարգը կազմաքանդելու կամ ապամոնտաժելու, իր հայեցողությամբ նոր և հանրայնորեն առավել ընկալելի համակարգ ստանալու համար: Եթե դա դժվար է, ապա ոչ թե Սերժ Սարգսյանի ցանկության, այլ հնարավորության բացակայության պատճառով: Եվ ոչ միայն Սերժ Սարգսյանի:
