ՄՃԿ. պատերազմի վերսկսման դեպքում Արցախի ՊԲ-ն պատրաստ է մինչև 15 կմ խորությամբ տարածք գրավել Ադրբեջանից

Միջազգային հեղինակավոր International Crisis Group կազմակերպությունը (ՄՃԿ) հունիսի 1-ին հրապարակել է «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հավաքվում են պատերազմի ամպեր» խորագրով զեկույց, որում ծավալուն ու հանգամանալից վերլուծվել են կնոֆլիկտին վերաբերող ներկայիս ռազմական, քաղաքական, սոցիալական ու դիվանագիտական ասպեկտները:
Նշենք, որ տվյալ կազմակերպության հիմնական նպատակն է կանխել պատերազմները, ձևավորել այնպիսի հարթակ, որն օբյեկտիվորեն կներկայացնի մահացու ելքեր ունեցող կոնֆլիկտները, դրանց հիմնախնդիրները և, իհարկե, հավանական վտանգներն ու զարգացումները: Դրանում տեղ են գտել Հայաստնի Հանրապետության, Արցախի Հանրապետության և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության քաղաքական իշխանությունների, քաղաքացիական հասարակության խոր անվստահության, ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում կիսապատերազմական վիճակի, պատերազմի վերսկսման հավանականության, ինչպես նաև խնդրի կարգավորման գործընթացում՝ միջազգային դերակատարների մասին վերլուծությունները:
Զեկույցը մշակելիս հեղինակներն օգտագործել են մեծածավալ փաստեր, մասնավորապես անցկացվել են բազմաթիվ հարցազրույցներ Հայաստանի Արցախի եւ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների, քաղաքական շրջանակների եւ քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացուցիչների, ինչպես նաեւ միջազգային փորձագետների հետ: Վերլուծվել ու օգտագործվել են ադրբեջանական սոցիալական ցանցերում տեղ գտած ապրիլյան պատերազմից վայրագությունները պատկերող տեսագրություններ, ինչպես նաեւ ԼՂՀ ՄԻՊ-ի հրապարակված փաստաթղթերը:
Զեկույցում արձանագրվել է, որ հատկապես ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո հայկական իրականության մեջ ավելի են կարծրացել Արցախյան հակամարտության վերաբերյալ մոտեցումները եւ նվազել են փոխզիջման գնալու տրամադրությունները: Հետեւությունն այն է, որ կոնֆլիկտի կողմերը երբեք այդքան մոտ չեն եղել պատերազմին ինչպես հիմա: Սակայն ըստ զեկույցի՝ պատերազմի վերսկսման դեպքում Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակը պատրաստ է մինչև 15 կմ խորությամբ տարածք գրավել Ադրբեջանից։
Նշենք, որ միջազգային մամուլն հասցրել է լայնորեն անդրադառնալ զեկույցին, ընդգծելով դրանում պարունակող վտանգները, ինչպես Արցախյան հակամարտության, այնպես էլ ավելի լայն համատեքստում:
