«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Սասնա ծռերի» գործը քննած նախաքննության մարմինը պետք է բացատրի, թե ինչպես կարող էր իրավապահներին կամավոր հանձնվող մարդը կոշիկի մեջ բանկոմատից գողացված 300 հազար դրամ պահել, երբ գիտեր, որ անպայման պետք է զննության ենթարկվի ինչպես մեկուսարանում, այնպես էլ կալանավայրում: Այս մասին «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասաց իրավապաշտպան Արթուր Սաքունցը՝ կասկած հայտնելով նախաքննության մարմնի հրապարակած տեղեկության առթիվ, որով ՊՊԾ գնդի տարածքում գտնվող բանկոմատից հափշտակված գումարներից 300 հազ. դրամը հայտնաբերվել է մեղադրյալ Արթուր Սողոմոնյանի անձնական խուզարկությամբ` վերջինիս կոշիկների միջից:

Իրավապաշտպանի մոտ կասկած է հարուցել նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ գումարը մեղադրյալի կոշիկում հայտնաբերվել և արձանագրվել է ոչ թե ձերբակալության ժամանակ, այլ մեկ տարի հետո միայն: «Անհասկանալի է՝ ինչու այդ ժամանակ չէին բացահայտել կամ չէին արձանագրել այն դեպքում, երբ միանգամից դիպուկահարի հետ կապված նկարը հրապարակեցին՝ հաշվի առնելով հանրային մեծ հնչեղություն ունեցող հանգամանքը, իսկ մեկ տարի հետո գտնում են կոշիկը գումարով»,– ասաց իրավապաշտպան Արթուր Սաքունցը:

Ըստ նրա՝ մեղադրանքը անտրամաբանական է զուտ այն տեսակետից, որ հանձնվող մարդը գիտեր, որ իրեն խուզարկելու են:

Նշենք, որ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ավարտվել է ՊՊԾ գունդը գրաված «Սասնա ծռեր» խմբի անդամների քրգործի նախաքննությունը և Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունն այս մասին տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ հաստատել է, որ զինված խմբի անդամները թալանել են նաև ՊՊԾ գնդի տարածքում գտնվող բանկոմատից 14 մլն 808 հազար դրամ: ՀՔԾ–ի հաղորդմամբ՝ «քննությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ գումարի հափշտակությունը կատարվել է գնդի տարածքը զավթելու և պահելու օրերին: Բանկոմատից հափշտակված գումարներից 300 հազար դրամը հայտնաբերվել է մեղադրյալ Արթուր Սողոմոնյանի անձնական խուզարկությամբ` վերջինիս կոշիկների միջից, ընդ որում, 10000–անոց միանգամայն նոր, հաջորդական համարի և սերիայի թղթադրամներով»:

Արթուր Սողոմոնյանի շահերի պաշտպան Մուշեղ Շուշանյանը հայտարարել է, որ իր պաշտպանյալը չի ընդունում ՀՔԾ–ի այս մեղադրական եզրակացությունը, գտնում են, որ այն շինծու է և «Սասնա ծռերի» անդամները բանկոմատից գումար չեն գողացել:

«Ծանոթ լինելով դիպուկահարի փորձաքննության եզրակացությանը, կարող եմ ասել, որ նույնիսկ այդ նկարով չեն կարողացել նույնականացնել անձին, բացի այն, որ ոստիկանությունը սկզբից տարածում էր, որ սա «Սասնա ծռերի» դիպուկահարն է, որի կրակոցից մյուս ոստիկանը մահացել է, նույնիսկ դա չի հիմնավորվել: Ակնհայտ կեղծ հիմքերի վրա փորձում են հանրային կարծիք ձևավորել՝ չսպասելով իրենց իսկ նախաքննության կամ դատաքննության ավարտին»,– հավելեց Արթուր Սաքունցը:
