Այն ամենն, ինչ պետք է իմանալ «առաջադեմ միջազգային հանրության» ու տարբեր իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությունների մասին։ Կադրերում դուք տեսնում եք իրաքյան Մոսուլ քաղաքը, որը արդեն մի քանի տարի է՝ «ԻՊ» վերահսկողության տակ է, ու արդեն մի ամիս է, ինչ թվով տասնյակ անգամներով «ԻՊ»-ականներին գերազանցող իրաքա-քրդական ուժերի պաշարման մեջ է, բայց ոչ միայն չի հանձնվում, այլև հաջողությամբ հետ է մղում բազմաթիվ գրոհները։

Իրականում այս կադրերում ֆիքսված է ռազմական հանցագործություն։ Սպիտակ ֆոսֆորը սարսափելի զինատեսակ է, որի կիրառությունը բնակավայրերի սահմանում, ըստ էության, պետք է համարել ոչ միայն ռազմական, այլև մարդկայնության դեմ արված հանցագործություն։ Ցավոք, վերջին 20-30 տարում այս զինատեսակը բազմիցս է կիրառվել բնակավայրերի դեմ, ու ինչ-որ չեմ մտաբերում որևէ դեպք, երբ պատժվեն դրա համար։

Ինչևէ, խոսքը սրա մասին չէ։ Սրանից ամիսներ առաջ համաշխարհային մեդիա դաշտը եռ էր գալիս ու փրփրում էր։ Առաջատար մեդիաներն ու սոցցանցերը հեղեղված էին Հալեպի մասին հաղորդագրություններով։ Տպավորություն էր, որ իր մասշտաբներով աննախադեպ նախճիր է տեղի ունենում։ Անգամ օսկարի արժանացրին մի ֆիլմ, որը նկարված էր պուպուշ իսլամիստների՝ այսպես կոչված Սպիտակ սաղավարտներրի մասին։ Դե, չմոռանանք, թե քանի ու քանի կեղծ հաղորդագրություններ տարածվեցին ռմբահարված դպրոցների ու հիվանդանոցների մասին։ Ու մեծ հաշվով՝ առ այսօր ղալմաղալ անողներից ոչ ոք չի էլ փորձել լուրջ խորանալ ամենաաղմկահարույց դրվագների մեջ ու պարզել դրանց իսկությունը, իսկ հաստատվելուց հետո՝ մեղավորներին։

Իսկ Մոսուլը․․․ Մոսուլում արդեն շատ ավելի շատ քաղաքացիական է սպանվել, քան Հալեպում։ Վերջին տվյալներով՝ խոսքը գնում է հազարների մասին։ Մոսուլում հրետանային հարվածներ են հասցվում ոչ թե կոնկրետ թիրախների, այլ կոնկրետ մակերեսների վրա։ Մոսուլում սպիտակ ֆոսֆոր են կիրառում։ Ու Հալեպի համար կուրծք ծեծող արևմտյան ու մերձավորարևելյան երկրներից ոչ մեկը ծպտուն չի հանում այս մասին։ Կասկածելի պասիվ ու լուռ են առաջատար «իրավապաշտպան» կազմակերպությունները։ Ու Մոսուլի մասին ոչ ոք ֆիլմեր չի նկարում ու Օսկարներ չի բաժանում։ Տեսնես՝ ինչո՞ւ է այդպես։
