Հայաստանում այս տարի դիմորդների թիվը նվազել է 1500-ով։
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար ԼևոնՄկրտչյանն այդ ամենը մեկնաբանեց կրթության ոլորտում փոփոխություններով՝ 12-ամյա կրթական համակարգին անցմամբ։
«Այս տարի ունենք մինչև 10 000 դիմորդ՝ կենտրոնացված և ոչ կենտրոնացված համակարգով՝ մոտ 2 000 դիմորդ։ Մյուս տարի դիմորդներն ավելի քիչ են լինելու։ Բուհերի համար շատ դժվար շրջան է լինելու, և այդ հաստատությունները պետք է ելքեր գտնեն իրենց աշխատակիցների հաստիքները պահելու համար։ Երկու տարի անց դիմորդների թիվը հասնելու է 35.000-ի։ Դիմորդների թվի նվազման շնորհիվ այս տարիների երեխաների բախտը բերելու է, քանի որ սահմանված տեղերն ավելի շատ են ու ավելի հեշտ կլինի ընդունվել»,- նկատեց նախարարը։
Նա չցանկացավ երեխայի գիտելիքների որակը պայմանավորել քննություններով: Նախարարի կարծիքով, քննությունները կարևոր են արդարության տեսակետից, երբ բոլորի համար նույն պայմաններն են գործում, սակայն առաջատար երկրներում առանց քննության էլ են ընդունվում բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատություն։ Որակի գործընթացն ուսանողներն ապահովում են իրենց ուսման 4 տարում։
Ուսման վարձերի բարձրացման վերաբերյալ Լևոն Մկրտչյանն ընդգծեց, որ պետք է ամեն ինչ անեն, որպեսզի ուսման վարձի բարձրացում չլինի:
«Խնդրել ենք բուհերին, որ վարձերը նույնը մնան: Պետք է հասկանանք, որ մի բարդ փուլ է անցնելու կրթական համակարգը: Մենք կփորձենք օգնել բուհերին ինչով կկարողանանք, քանի որ կրթական համակարգը մտել է փոփոխությունների փուլ: Այդ ընթացքում պետք է այնպես անենք, որ մեր ունեցածը չվնասենք, որ ավելի վատ արդյունք չստանանք, այլ եղածի վրա ավելի լավը կառուցենք»,- ասաց ԿԳ նախարարը:
