Հանրային խորհուրդը ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի հետ քննարկել է ոլորտի խնդիրները

 Հանրային խորհրդում հունիսի 5-ին տեղի է ունեցել քննարկում առողջապահության ոլորտի խնդիրների վերաբերյալ, որին մասնակցել են նաև ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանը և Հայաստանի առողջապահության ազգային ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Ալեքսանդր Բազարջյանը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Հանրային խորհրդից:

Նախարարը Հանրային խորհրդին ներկայացրել է ոլորտի զարգացման տեսլականը, ընթացիկ խնդիրներն ու առաջիկա ծրագրերը: 

Ըստ Լևոն Ալթունյանի՝ առողջապահական ոլորտում ծախսերը մոտ 180 տոկոսով գերազանցում են պետական բյուջեով նախատեսված գումարը: Այս և այլ խնդիրներ հաշվի առնելով՝ նախարարությունը ձեռնարկել է բարեփոխումների գործընթաց, որի շրջանակում նախատեսվում են իրականացվել մի շարք ծրագրեր: Առաջին հերթին պետք է կարգավորվեն պետպատվերի բաշխման մեխանիզմները, որպեսզի պետպատվերը լինի հասցեական, հնարավորինս շատ քաղաքացիներ անվճար կարողանան օգտվել բժշկական ծառայություններից, և նվազեցվեն կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերը:

Ոլորտի մյուս բարեփոխումը էլեկտրոնային առողջապահական համակարգի ներդրումն է լինելու, որի ժամանակ հիվանդը հերթագրվելուց մինչև վճարում ամեն ինչ կատարելու է էլեկտրոնային եղանակով:

Մյուս կարևոր բարեփոխումը, ըստ Լևոն Ալթունյանի, օպտիմալացումն է: Հայաստանում առկա է բուժծառայություն մատուցող 488 հաստատություն, որից 190-ը՝ ստացիոնար, մնացածը՝ ամբուլատոր: Ներկայացնելով միջազգային վիճակագրական տվյալներ՝ նախարարը նշել է, որ բուժհաստատությունների թիվը մեր երկրում շատ ավելին է, քան դրա պահանջարկն է, որի հետևանքով տեղի է ունենում ռեսուրսների անիմաստ վատնում:
