1. Բրոկոլի։ Բրոկոլին շատ օգտակար է առողջության համար։ Այն վիտամիններ, միկրոէլեմենտներ, ինչպես նաև չհագեցած ճարպաթթուներ է պարունակում։ Այն պարզապես անփոխարինելի մթերք է բոլոր նրանց համար, ովքեր հետևում են իրենց քաշին. 100 գրամ բրոկոլին ընդամենը 30 կիլոկալորիա է պարունակում։ Այն բարձրացնում է էստրոգենի մակարդակը, ինչն անդրադառնում է մազերի և եղունգների առողջության վրա։
2. 4. Կինոա։ Կինոան օգնում է իջեցնել արյան մեջ շաքարի մակարդակը, կարգավորում է խոլեստերինի և հորմոնների մակարդակը։ Այն օրգանիզմի վրա հանգստացնող ազդեցություն է ունենում, դուրս է բերում տոքսիններն ու կանխարգելում սիրտ-անոթային հիվանդությունների առաջացումը։
5. Ձվի դեղնուց։ Ձվի դեղնուցն օրգանիզմի համար մի շարք կարևոր էլեմենտներ է պարունակում, այդ թվում՝ մելատոնին, օմեգա-6 և օմեգա-3 ճարպաթթուներ։ Դեղնուցը կարգավորում է սիրտ-անոթային և նյարդային համակարգերի գործունեությունը, օրգանիզմին օգնում պայքարել ալերգիայի և բորբոքումների դեմ։
