Կարեն Ճշմարիտյանի միլիոններն ու հանգստյան տները. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
1999–2007թթ. ՀՀ արդյունաբերության և առևտրի նախարար, 2014–2016թթ. Էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Կարեն Ճշմարիտյանը թվում է, թե մնացածի ախորժակի ֆոնին ճշմարիտ ու անմեղ պաշտոնյա էր, բայց ով մի քիչ փորփրի, ահռելի նյութեր կհայթայթի:
Օրինակ, «Մոնումենտում» գտնվող շքեղ «Գոլդեն Փելես» հյուրանոցի սեփականատերերն են Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը, Արմեն Ավետիսյանը և Կարեն Ճշմարիտյանը:
Ճշմարիտյանը 5% փայատեր է նաև Քաջարանի «Պղնձամոլիբդենում»: Այստեղ գերմանական «Խրոնիմետ» հիմնադիր ֆիրմայի միջոցով է նա խցկվել որպես փայատեր: Հաջորդը` Էլեկտրոն գործարանի մի մասն է` «Էլբատը»: Ի դեպ, որոշ սեփականաշնորհած «յուղոտ պատառներ» նա ձևակերպել է իր հարազատների կամ նախկին աշխատակից ընկերների անունով: Օրինակ` Երեմ Չախոյանի:
Հաջորդը` «Կոննեկտ» գործարանն է, որը հետագայում վաճառվեց «Կիլիկիայի» Աշոտ Բաղդասարյանին: Սակայն Ճշմարիտյանը Բաղդասարյանին չտվեց «Կոննեկտի» պանսիոնատը: Այն այլ ձևակերպումով իրեն պահեց:

Բայց, ահա, ամառ է սկսվել, փորձենք «ռեկլամել» Կարեն Ճշմարիտյանի հանգստյան տները:
Նրա երկար ձեռքը ժամանակին կարողացավ սեփականաշնորհել նաև «Սոճուտ» մանկական առողջարանը՝ Լոռու մարզի Գյուլագարակ գյուղում: Եվ Եվ այժմ մանուկներին բուժելու փոխարեն այն նույնանուն հանգստյան տուն է դարձրել... ու փող է աշխատում:
Այս օրերին էլ գովազդում է իր առողջարանը. «Սոճուտ հանգստյան տունը գտնվում է Ստեփանավանի դենդրոպարկի հարևանությամբ, որը հայտնի է իր առողջարար հատկություններով, քանի որ յուրաքանչյուր տարի ապրիլ–մայիս ամիսներին սոճիների փոշոտման արդյունքում ստեղծվում են բարենպաստ պայմաններ ալերգիկների և շնչառական ուղիների խրոնիկ հիվանդություններ ունեցողների համար:
