Գյուղնախարարությունը հետևողական է վերամշակողների կողմից մթերված ապրանքների պարտքերի մարման հարցում

Հայաստանում վերամշակող ընկերությունների կողմից մթերման արդյունքում կուտակված պարտքերի ընդհանուր թիվը ներկայիս դրությամբ կազմում է 187 մլն դրամ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին հունիսի 7-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարիտեղակալ Ռոբերտ Մակարյանը: Նրա խոսքով` ամենօրյա աշխատանքներ են իրականացվում վերամշակողների հետ, որպեսզի վերջիններս կարողանան առաջիկա շաբաթների ընթացքում պարտքերը մարեն: Փոխնախարարը նշեց, որ կան կազմակերպություններ, որոնք պլանավորածից շատ են մթերել և ունեն համապատասխան պայմանագրեր որոշակի երկարաժամկետ հատվածում մարելու, բայց նախարարությունը նրանց հետ էլ է բանակցում, որպեսզի պայմանագրային ժամկետից շուտ մարեն գյուղացիների պարտքերը:
«Քաղցրաշենցիներն անընդհատ բողոքում էին «Վինար» ընկերությունից՝ պարտքերի մարման համար: Նախարարը բանակցություններ վարեց «Շահնազարյան» ընկերության ղեկավարության հետ և շուրջ 50 մլն դրամի սպիրտ ընկերությունը գնեց «Վինար»-ից, և վերջինն անցած շաբաթ այդ պարտքը համապատասխան չափով մարել է: Պարտքի որոշակի մասը, մեր հաշվարկներով շուրջ 20 մլն դրամի չափով, մնում է: Հիմա դիմել ենք Արարատի մարզպետարան, որպեսզի նորից գույքագրում անցկացնեն, ճշգրտեն, և վերջնական պարտքը պարզ լինի»,- ասաց Մակարյանը` վստահեցնելով, որ առաջիկայում քայլեր կձեռնարկվեն մնացորդը մարելու համար:
Փոխնախարարի խոսքով` կան կազմակերպություններ, որոնք իրացման խնդիր ունեն, և գյուղնախարարությունը նրանց հետ նույնպես աշխատում է` ապրանքները վաճառելու և պարտքերը մարելու ուղղությամբ:
Մակարյանն անդրադարձավ լոլիկի մթերումներից կուտակված պարտքերին և նշեց, որ Արտաշատի պահածոների գործարանն ու «Նոյյան» ընկերությունն անցած տարի մեծ ծավալով լոլիկ մթերեցին, և յուրաքանչյուրը պարտավորվել է մինչև ամսվա վերջ շուրջ 20-25 մլն դրամի չափով մարել պարտքերը:
