Հունիսի 10-ին Երևանում 3-րդ անգամ կանցկացվի «Համով-հոտով Երևան» փառատոնը

Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աջակցությամբ և «Հայ խոհարարական ավանդույթների զարգացման և պահպանման» հասարակական կազմակերպության նախաձեռնությամբ «Երևանյան ամառ 2017» միջոցառումների ծրագրի շրջանակում, 3-րդ տարին անընդմեջ, կանցկացվի «Համով-հոտով Երևան» խորագիրը կրող տոնածիսական ուտեստների փառատոնը: Այն տեղի կունենա հունիսի 10-ին, ժամը 17:00-21:00-ը՝ Թումանյանի անվան այգում, Կիևյան կամրջի հարևանությամբ:
Փառատոնի անցկացման առիթով հրավիրված մամուլի ասուլիսի ընթացքում Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի Տուրիզմի բաժնի պետ Գևորգ Օրբելյանը և «Հայ խոհարարական ավանդույթների զարգացման և պահպանման» ՀԿ նախագահ Սեդրակ Մամուլյանը որոշ մանրամասներ են ներկայացրել միջոցառման մասին: Մասնավորապես նշվել է, որ «Համով-հոտով Երևան» փառատոնի նպատակը մեկ հարթակում երևանյան խոհարարական հմտությունները ներկայացնող առաջատար մասնագետներին համախմբելն ու երևանցիներին և մայրաքաղաքի հյուրերին հայկական ավանդական հարուստ խոհանոցին ու տոնածիսական ուտեստներին ծանոթանցելն է: Փառատոնի մասնակից տաղավարները կմրցեն «Ամենագեղեցիկ ձևավորված տաղավար», «Ամենահյուրընկալ տաղավար» և «Ամենահամեղ տաղավար» հիմնական երեք անվանակարգերում: Առաջին անգամ փառատոնի շրջանակում կորոշվի նաև տարվա երևանյան ուտեստը, որն այս անգամ կընտրվի աղցաններից ու անվանակարգն էլ կկոչվի «Երևանյան աղցան»:
«Փառատոնային, իրադարձային զբոսաշրջությունը մեր ռազմավարական ճյուղերից է, որին մեծ ուշադրություն ենք հատկացնում: «Համով-հոտով Երևան» փառատոնն իր առանձնահատուկ տեղ ունի երևանյան զբոսաշրջային իրադարձությունների ցանկում: Այդ նպատակով Տուրիզմի բաժինը նախապես նաև տեղեկատվություն է տրամադրում զբոսաշրջային ընկերություններին, որպեսզի նրանք նույնպես կարողանան օգտագործել փառատոնի ներուժը: Եվ հաշվի առնելով, որ «Համով-հոտով Երևանը» արդեն իսկ դարձել է սիրված ու սպասված փառատոներից մեկը, ակնկալում ենք, որ այս անգամ զբոսաշրջիկների մեծ հոսք կունենանք»,- նշել է Գևորգ Օրբելյանը:
Կարևորելով հայկական ավանդական խոհանոցի դերն ու նշանակությունը, Սեդրակ Մամուլյանն էլ նշել է. «Սա, թերևս, ամենակարևոր խոհարարական միջոցառումն է, որովհետև տոնածիսական կերակրատեսակները մեր ազգային խոհանոցի ակունքներն են: Դրանք այն կերակրատեսակներն են, որոնք տոնական օրերին դրվում են մեր սեղաններին, լինի դա ժողովրդական, թե եկեղեցական տոն: Այդ պատճառով աշխատել ենք առավելագույնս ներկայացնել նաև տոների ծիսակարգերը»:
Միջոցառումն ուղեկցվելու է համերգային ծրագրով, որի ընթացքում ելույթ կունենան ազգագրական երգի-պարի համույթներ: Ինչպես նախորդ տարիներին, այս տարի ևս փառատոնի ընթացքում կազմակերպիչներին որպես կամավորներ կաջակցեն Վ.Բրյուսովի անվան լեզվահասարակագիտական համալսարանի ուսանողները, ովքեր տաղավարներում կպատմեն տոնածիսական ուտեստների և տոների մասին:
