Takprosto.cc-ը գրում է, որ ելակը ոչ միայն համեղ է, այլև բազմաթիվ օգտակար հատկություններ ունի։ Այն պարունակում է վիտամիններ C, B1, B2, կարոտին, կալիում, կալցիում, ֆոսֆոր, երկաթ։ 100 գրամ ելակն ընդամենը 35 կիլոկալորիա է պարունակում։ Ելակ ընտրելիս հարկավոր է ուշադրություն դարձնել հետևյալ հանգամանքներին։

1. Նայեք, հոտ քաշեք, փորձեք։ Ելակը ստուգելու լավագույն միջոցն այն փորձելն է։

2. Պահման պայմանները։ Ուշադրություն դարձրեք, թե ինչ պայմաններում է պահվում ելակը։ Եթե ելակից հյութ է քամվել, նկատվում են հնացած պտուղներ, նշանակում է՝ այն հավաքել են 3 օր առաջ։ Եթե առհասարակ որևէ հետք բացակայում է, արդեն իսկ կասկածելի է. բնական ելակը պետք է փոքր հետքեր թողնի։

3. Մի մոռացեք տերևների մասին։ Գնեք տերևներով ելակը, քանի որ դրանում վիտամին C-ն ավելի շատ է պահպանվում։

4. Արտաքինը նշանակություն ունի։ Ելակի որակի մասին ըստ գույնի դատողություն անելն այնքան էլ հեշտ չէ, քանի որ գոյություն ունեն բազմաթիվ տեսակներ։ Մենք առավել սովոր ենք մուգ գույնի ելակներ տեսնել։ Դրանք մուգ կարմիր գույն են ստանում, երբ շատ են հասնում։ Եթե նկատում եք շատ մուգ գույնի ելակ, որը նաև շատ ձիգ է, հավատացած եղեք, որ այն վերամշակված է սելիտրայով։

5. Քիմիկատները չեն կարող թաքնվել։ Հարկավոր է ուշադրություն դարձնել հետքերին։ Դրանք նիտրիտների հետքերն են։ Այդ ելակի վտանգավորությունն ակնհայտ է։

6. Շատ մեծ՝ չի նշանակում՝ ավելի լավը։ Շատերն են սխալ թույլ տալիս՝ ընտրելով մեծ պտուղները։ Հիշեք, որ անբնական մեծ չափը պեստիցիդների առկայության նշան է։

7. Զգուշացեք նիտրիտներից։ Համեղ բույրը որակի հիմնական ցուցանիշներից մեկն է։ Եթե այն առհասարակ բույր չունի, նշանակում է՝ աճել է քիմիկատների օգնությամբ։
