ՀՀԿ–ական Վաչագան Ղազարյանի ընկերությունը կազատվի ներմուծման մաքսատուրքից

Կառավարությունը որոշել է ներմուծման մաքսատուրքից ազատել ՀՀԿ–ական, խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների պատգամավորի նախկին թեկնածու Վաչագան Ղազարյանին պատկանող «Արփիմեդ» դեղագործական ընկերությունը: Մասնավորապես, այսօր կայանալիք կառավարության նիստի օրակարգում ներառված է գերակա ոլորտում իրականացվող ներդրումային ծրագրի շրջանակներում ներմուծված (ներմուծվող) տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումները, դրանց բաղկացուցիչ ու համալրող մասերը, հումքը և (կամ) նյութերը ներմուծման մաքսատուրքից ազատելու արտոնությունից օգտվելու համար «Արփիմեդ» ՍՊԸ–ի կողմից ներկայացված հայտը բավարարելու և արտոնությունը կիրառելու մասին որոշման նախագիծը:
 
Ինչպես հայտնի է «Արփիմեդ» դեղագործական ձեռնարկությունը, որի գլխավոր տնօրենը առ այսօր Վաչագան Ղազարյանն է, հիմնադրվել է 1999 թ.: Ըստ կառավարության Էլեկտրոնային ռեգիստրի տվյալների՝ ընկերության համահիմնադիրներից է Արտակ Հարությունյանը, ով Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահ Գագիկ Հարությունյանի որդին է և զբաղեցնում է Գլխավոր դատախազության հետաքննության և նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողության վարչության պետի պաշտոնը:
 
Ըստ նախագծի՝ ընկերությունը պատրաստվում է 145 միլիոն 312 հազար դրամի, ավելի քան 37 հազար կգ քաշով ապրանքներ ներկրել աշխարհի յոթ երկրներից, այդ թվում՝ Չինաստանից, Գերմանիայից, Հնդկաստանից, Բրազիլիայից և այլն:
Նախագծում նշված է, որ «Արփիմեդի» կողմից ներմուծվող հումքն օգտագործվելու է դեղագործության մեջ և արտոնության առկայությունը լուրջ խթան կհանդիսանա նոր ներդրումային ծրագրերի իրականացման և որպես հետևանք նոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծման, ներդրումների ներգրավման, տեղական արտադրության և արտահանման խթանման համար:
 
Մասնավորապես՝ «Արփիմեդի» կողմից Տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարին են ներկայացվել դիմում, ներդրումային ծրագիր, տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումների, դրանց բաղկացուցիչ ու համալրող մասերի, հումքի ու նյութերի ցանկն ու տեխնիկական բնութագիրը, ինչպես նաև հայտարարություն՝ ներմուծված տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումները, դրանց բաղկացուցիչ ու համալրող մասերը, հումքն ու նյութերը բացառապես Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում օգտագործելու մասին:
 
«Նախատեսվում է ծրագրի ընթացքում իրականացնել 400 միլիոն դրամի ներդրում և ստեղծել 12 նոր աշխատատեղ՝ 200 հազար դրամ միջին աշխատավարձով։ Ծրագրով նախատեսված արտադրանքի ծավալները կկազմեն 800 միլիոն դրամ, որից 500 միլիոնը կիրացվի ՀՀ տարածքում, 200 միլիոնը՝ ԵԱՏՄ այլ անդամ–երկրներում, իսկ 100 միլիոն դրամն էլ՝ երրորդ երկրների տարածքում»,– կարդում ենք նախագծում։
Նախարարությունն էլ հաշվի առնելով վերոգրյալը և ամփոփելով շահագրգիռ մարմիններից ստացված կարծիքները` նպատակահարմար է գտել բավարարել «Արփիմեդ» ՍՊԸ–ի կողմից ներկայացված հայտը:
