Ինչու հանկարծ բոլորը «անցյալ տարվա մեռելները» հիշեցին

Ամռան ամիսներին եղանակի տաքացմանը զուգահեռ ջրի պահանջարկը սրվում է ու հասնում աննախադեպ չափերի: Ուստի այս օրերին առավել քան արդիական հարց է, թե այս ամառ է՞լ պետք է շատ գյուղեր ու համայնքներ ջրին կարոտ մնան, թե նոր ընկերությունը նախորդների սխալները կհասցնի ուղղել:
Այն, որ «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ընկերությունը լայն թափով սկսել է ոչ միայն ջրագծերի արդիականացման, այլև՝ կարգավորիչ ջրամբարների, պոմպակայանների և քլորակայանների վերանորոգման աշխատանքներ իրականացնել պարզ է դառնում նրանց ֆեյսբուքյան էջից: Բացի այդ, 2017 թվականին ընկերությունը 1 միլիարդ 8 միլիոն դրամի ներդրումային աշխատանքներ իրականացնելու պարտավորություն է ստանձնել, բայց այս պահին պարտավորությունների որ մասն է հասցրել իրականացնել դժվարանում են թվերով ասել:
Ընկերության մամուլի խոսնակ Մուրադ Սարգսյանը Past.am-ին տեղեկացրեց, որ այս տարի ձմեռը մի փոքր երկար տևեց, որի պատճառով վերանորոգման աշխատանքները մի փոքր ուշ սկսվեցին, բայց այս պահին բավականին արագ առաջ են գնում: Ինչ վերաբերում է գյուղական այն համայնքներին, որտեղ մինչ օրս խմելու ջուր են գնում, Մ. Սարգսյանն ասաց, որ կան գյուղեր, որոնք իրենց ծառայության ենթակայության տակ չեն:
«Բայց ինձ համար զարմանալին այն է, որ երբ նախկին ջրմուղներն էին ջուր մատակարարում, բոլորը տափառած նստել էին, իսկ երբ «Վեոլիան» անցավ գործի, չգիտես ինչու բոլորը անցյալ տարվա մեռելները հիշեցին ու ինչ ասես պահանջում են: Մարդ չի հասկանում, թե ինչո՞ւ առաջ այդ մարդիկ չէին խոսում, իսկ հիմա ակտիվացել են»,– ասաց Մ. Սարգսյանը:
Նա նաև նշեց, որ ընկերության հաշվեկշռում կան նաև շատ կառույցներ, որոնց սպասարկման ժամկետները թեև դեռ չեն ավարտվել, բայց «Վեոլիա Ջրի» տնօրինությունը որոշել է ամեն ինչ նորից կառուցել, որովհետև նախկին խողովակաշարերը ժամանակից շուտ են շարքից դուրս եկել:
«Հիմա ընկերությունն այնպիսի մեծ գործեր է կատարում, որը չպետք է կատարեր: Գումարը, որն այսօր ծախսվում է, 10 տարի շահագործման ենթակա խողովակները նորից փոխելու վրա է ծախսում, որը կարող էր չծախսվել: Բայց կարող եմ վստահեցնել, որ այն, ինչ պետք է իրականացվի՝ արագ տեմպերով արվում է»,– ասաց Մ. Սարգսյանը:
Նա շրջանցելով հարցը, թե՝ ստացվում է, որ նախորդ ընկերությունները մարդկանց աչքերին թոզ փչելով են զբաղված եղել, նշեց, որ ինքը նախորդների աշխատանքի մասին ոչինչ ասել չի կարող: Ինչ վերաբերում է «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ընկերությանը, ապա այն հունվարի 1–ից սկսել աշխատել և բոլոր շինվերանորոգման աշխատանքները շատ բարձր որակով է իրականացնում:
«Դե նախկինում չեն արել՝ չեն արել: Մենք հիմա պայմանագիր ենք ստորագրել և պարտավոր ենք կատարել մեր պարտավորությունները: Ի դեպ, սա այնքան հսկայածավալ աշխատանք է, որը մեկ օրում իրականացնել հնարավոր չէ և ով այս համակարգի հետ գործ է ունեցել, նա կհասկանա, թե խոսքն ինչ լայնածավալ աշխատանքների մասին է»,– ասաց Մ. Սարգսյանը:
Խոսելով համայնքներում խմելու ջուրը գնելու տխուր «ավանդույթի» մասին, «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ընկերության մամուլի խոսնակն ասաց, որ 560 գյուղ կա, որն իրենց ընկերության սպասարկման տիրույթում չի գտնվում: Իսկ իրենք պատասխանատու են իրենց «քարտեզում» գտնվող համայնքներին և մեծ ու փոքր քաղաքներին մատակարարվող ջրի ու դրա որակի համար:
